Bill was super helpful on the phone. I have a «gray market» tractor (Mitsubishi 2201D) that I got second hand from an auction. I have been running it for about a year but have really wanted to make sure it is tuned up and has no problems. They were able to get me squared away on the phone, parts I have been trying to find for months they have AND they are getting me the proper maintenance manual. Unfortunately since the tractor is Japanese most of the documentation I have found is also in Japanese and I don’t understand it. Thanks again for getting me a manual in English!!!

These guys are known nationwide – and probably further – for their expertise on the troybilt line of tillers and other stuff. This is most important with the pre-​2001 stuff, since the current owner of the brand doesn’t do so well (Troybilt went bellyup back then, and MTD owns the line now.) Bill and his staff know these machines inside and out, all generations, and provide all the parts you need.
In addition, they provide a location on Yahoo, «Troy Bilt Tiller Club» for owners of these fine historic machines to exchange information, ask Bill about parts and get his advice, provide documents, allow posting of photographs, etc., all for free to us.
This is definitely a class act!
