Sold me a gift card that explicitly said 5-​year expiration but then told me it was void if not used within 1 year. I believe the law requires that all gift cards are good for at least five years. And it certainly requires an establishment to honor the terms agreed to at purchase. Would never buy any item or service here again.

Full service Salon and people are for the most part very nice… nice bar for complimentary beverages. There is some attitude (particularly to older customers) as they always seem rushed and you may be rushed through to less that perfect results. Hair cuts in particular and blow dry are lacking. They push products that rarely do anything but strip color and weigh your hair down. Pricey haircut was the tinniest of trims at $ 72! Two weeks later it is too long! They should spend more time actually taking the time to cut and style hair. Color is always too dark if you have brown hair… they do this to force you to get highlights! Beware!

Went here to get a blowout for a friends wedding and was happy with the results when I left the salon (although not as voluminous as I had hoped) but my hair was flat about an hour later. It still looked ok, but not sure it was worth the time and money when I could have gotten the same results at home.
The salon in general however, was clean and staff was very nice.

I had a massage here, and it was fairly average. I booked a «deep-​tissue massage,» which was not truly deep-​tissue at all. However, it was a good regular massage.

Have tried many Hair & Full Service Salons but am currently enjoying VC Salon at Town Center. I really enjoy the smaller intimate atmosphere and the qualified techs they have on staff. You can pretty much get any hair or spa service you are looking for and the prices are relatively competitive for the area. No need to make your appointment more than two weeks in advance and they have been accommodating enough to cut both my kids hair during my appointment. Lois is very talented and accomodating. Nice touch is the complimentary wine during your service, along with water and coffee/​tea.
