Unbelievably bad customer service. The rather larger lady who was working the register was wearing a shirt that looked like it had been used as an oil rag. I asked for a kodiak she returned and rang up a Copenhagen. I said sorry that is not a kodiak. She rolled her eyes at me and sighed. She then returned and rang up a grizzly. I said thats still not a kodiak. She went back finally got a kodiak and slammed it on the counter and asked for fifteen something. Kodiak is 8 something and then was even more angry that i pointed out she hadn’t removed the last wrong item from my bill. Once again sighing eye rolling irritated look like i had somehow ruined her day by expecting to receive what i asked for and be correctly charged. I will not return. Some of the rudest service i have ever received.

As a Otr driver and someone who lives nearby and drives his pov, this place is the newest & slowest service place I have ever been to. It’s pretty embarrassing how slow they are. I don’t blame the employees. It’s clearly either management or the ability to find people to work for them. I have been there maybe a dozen times now. They usually only have one cashier working, at a truck stop! So truckers with paperwork and special needs takes time. So if you tribe your car here to get fuel. Get ready to stand in line behind all of the truckers.
Just once I would like to be out of there lines for the register in under 15 minutes. Get it together flying j!
Also, bring your own mug and still pay $ 2 for a coffee refill. What? This place is attached to a mcdonalds, they sell it for $ 1 and they give you a cup. You fail flying I!

This is nice truck stop employee they work in this place they are very friendly and they are very nice thank you flying J yes.

I’m on my way from Wausau back to Minneapolis.
I’ve got 43 miles to go to my destination and 50 miles left in the tank.
Will I make it?
Do I dare find out how far this car will go with the low fuel warning light on?
I decide not to risk it and exit the highway.
I see this place and pull in. The price is within 5 cents of every other station I’ve seen, so it works for me.
And ooh bonus, the big sign is wearing a McDonalds hat too! Not that I care, but it’s worth mentioning for those who might want to feed themselves while they feed their car.
I use my credit card at the pump… fast and easy!
Before I know it the tank is full and I’m back on the road in a jiffy.
Yup, another gas station review… what more can I say?
