When I called to set up an appointment to have them come out to pump my sewer, I set it up for the upcoming Monday. They told me it would be in the morning. No problem. I asked her like 6⁄7 in the morning or what was she talking about as far as a time frame. She told me no, like 10 – 1, and that the pump guy would call me a ½ hour before he comes to my house. Well Monday rolled around, and I wait around til 1 and I hear nothing, so I decide to call and see what’s going on. She tells me they didn’t have me scheduled until that Wednesday, which they were wrong. Other then that the ladies I dealt with on the phone were otherwise helpful and sympathetic for what happened and the guy that came out to pump it, was very friendly and helpful.
