Excellent service. They were very careful with my trees. showed up on time and very professional

I contracted them to install 23 trees on my property. They claim they sent their «best» installer. While he was able to install, the larger trees in my back row died out because the spade they used was too small for the trees moved. I ended up having a more competent company remove the dead trees and install new ones. There are better choices in W. WI than this company.

Great service. The big strong guys trimmed 3 trees in no time. They moved the moveable gate and replaced it perfectly when they were done. The wood shredders came within an hour after the trimmers and the whole job was done in about 2 hours.

These guys are careful, thorough, personable, and reasonably priced. On two occasions, they’ve been working at my neighbor’s place, and I’ve asked if they could slot me in for pesky little jobs that I hadn’t gotten around to making an appointment for. Last year it was removing a tree that was in danger of falling across my driveway. They did the job quickly and at low cost.
Then this morning I saw that they were out and asked if they could trim a couple of branches that were hitting my roof. It took about 10 minutes and they did it at no charge. Next time I actually schedule some tree trimming, I’ll call these guys!

Nearly 7 months after having our diseased elm removed, 2 new bur oaks came to live in our yard, & there was much rejoicing!
We (my neighbor & I) worked with Mark Schartau to select the trees. He spent a lot of time with us, discussing the various options that we had-​somewhat limited because of the diseases that had affected our trees-​dutch elm for me, verticillium for her. We traveled out to the nursery in Wisconsin to look at the different varieties when we saw them-​2 bur oaks for me, 1 swamp oak for her.
These folks specialize in big trees. Because oaks are slow growing, we wanted to start big. The trees we got are the biggest they’ll warranty. They are 20 – 24′ tall, & 6 – 7 inches tall, & about 7″ a foot up from the base. They are delivered & planted with a 90″ tree spade (BIG). But it is done with surgical precision. All of the access problems that existed for tree removal came into play for planting of the new trees but there were no surprises. They spent a lot of time with us discussing how to care for our new trees. It amazed me how efficiently my back yard was transformed.
I thought the cost was very reasonable-​too low, really. I’d been planning on getting a single tree, but after pricing was discussed I decided to get 2. Highly recommended.
