Working in the wholesale parts market for over 2 years, I’m usually reluctant to go anywhere but my sources.
However Will made today’s experience 5 star!
My headlights both quit working last Friday 12−20−13, the odds of it being both bulbs was slim, so I visited a trusted garage, and a pal also ruled out both bulbs, fuses & relays. he suggested 2 – 3 specialty electric car places.
But called me an hour later and found an additional HD Module problem via google.
So locating said module, he told me price points $ 39– $ 51 & slot location
Fast Forward to today 12−27−13
I walk in and get a great greeting from Will & the line «what are we working on today’
I showed him the HD Module, he coded it & found it in stock for less than $ 34
He also offered me 1 – 2 items on sale & thanked me for my business.
I walked in the lot installed module & now have headlights again!
The high level of service Will provided me, compelled me to walk back in & thank him for 5 star service.
