Creative Nails Too

Absolutely love this place! Techs are incredibly proficient with what they do. Fast and friendly. Been coming here for two + years now and highly recommend!

They are in the back of whole foods and back of the mall. Tried getting in fri afternoon, this place is packed, couldn’t get in. RSVP FIRST
30 min pedicure seems a bit fast, $ 1 min is pretty good pay. $ 60/​h is not even what I make. Steep. Although the prices are like that everywhere.
Seemed clean, just too busy. Too packed.
I do want to try this place, it just looks like a factory, next next. Not a spa like ambience at all.

I had a pretty bad experience. The man who worked on my nails was not nice at all and he actually cut too much skin on one of my toes and claimed I had an ingrown toe nail. I didn’t. He painted my nails okay but honestly I could gone somewhere else or painted them at home to get the same look. Also the massage they’re supposed to do on your feet felt more like he was just slapping my foot. I really love Village of Rochester Hills so it’s disappointing it didn’t work out. But long story short, I won’t be coming here again.

Today was my first time trying Creative Nail Too. Andy did an excellent job fixing a nasty nail job that I had the unfortunate experience of getting in the area. He’s awesome, highly recommend this place!

Excellent salon and so efficient. Theresa did a fantastic job on my hands and toes and eyebrows.

Went in for shellac for the first time about a week ago. Left and was very happy they looked great!
The reason I’m leaving only 2 stars is because 8 – 9 days later 3 nails have already chipped. Disappointing because normally I can wear shellac for 2 ½−3 weeks without any chipping.
UPDATE:
Went back and tried them again, a week later they still look great! The guy was very friendly and spent a lot of time on my nails. (I did not mention my previous not so good experience while I was in)
Really glad I gave them another try!

I have never in my life encountered so many grumpy and rude people under one roof! It was almost surreal how poorly we were treated. I brought 4 eleven yr old girls for my daughter’s birthday. It was actually embarrassing, and also commented on by the moms that had dropped their kids off earlier. They rushed them through choosing colors, were rough, grabbing and pushing their hands around, making demands with never a please or thank you, filed two girls nails way too low where one girl complained it hurt, made us beg for the included nail decal. My daughter chose hot pink with a dark blue sparkle that ended up looking horrible and hiding all of the pink. When I inquired, the girl’s response was that she was wondering why she chose it because it looked really bad together. I’m not one to normally complain, but I didn’t want the bday girl walking away with a hideous botch job. She did offer to redo the nails, so that was a plus. I moved them up to 2 stars because the nails actually looked great, very steady free-​handed flower decals, and the male owner and one male tech were friendly. The male tech went thru and gave the girls their missing flowers. The other techs were missing, moved on, and one was napping in a massage chair right next to us. I’m not sure if it was the female owner or not, but the girl who took my payment at the end was pleasant. It was the same bubbly helpful girl that sold me in the first place to have the party there. I can assure you I wouldn’t have brought the girls there had it been any of the other females. Luckily the girls were good sports and had fun laughing about how unbelievably rude everyone was after we left!

I had just had my nails done. They look amazing! I had a French manicure done in schlack polish. The price was great. The service was fast and 5 stars. Keep up the great work!

I have gone to this salon many times off an on for about 3 years. Went for a mani-​pedi…$ 60 plus $ 15 tip! Different color polish on toes. Two days later the pink color on my fingers began to settle under another pale cream color. My deduction was that they must have mixed colors to save on polish. Needless to say I felt cheated. This is not a situation to go back and complain. I do not want to sit for an hour in an awkward situation. I will never go back and doing my due and warning others.

THEY MOVED! Just around the corner in the Village. I was so sad when I drove by and thought that they had closed because they do a GREAT job.
I’ve been going here for about 5 years, usually for pedicures. They make my toes look great! I rarely have to wait (though an appointment on weekends is a good idea) and they do a great job. Soak, scrub, polish change and a short leg massage. Techs are VERY friendly– they all do a nice job but Tim did my nails last night and I’m going to ask for him from now on.

Creative Nails Too is AWESOME! Very clean, my nail tech was super friendly, and he did an amazing job — in under an hour for a pedi and gel mani, too! My only complaint would be that there was no tip line on my credit card receipt, and I didn’t have any cash, so I wasn’t able to leave a tip. :(Might just have to dash to an ATM and come back later with some cash!

By far the best nail place in Rochester. (I’ve been going here for two years) Nice crew, considerate. professional. Good color and quality polish. No old polishes. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Creative Nail for 10 years. This husband and wife team, Kevin and Alex, have made Creative Nail a relaxing and comfortable place tp be. I am very finiky about my nails because I play classical guitar and the shape and length of my nails has to be precise. The team that works here always gets it right. I don’t trust my nails to anyone else. BTW: The location, in the beautiful Village of Rochester Hills, is ideal. You can do some shopping while you are here.

I’ve always admired the beauty of the Village of Rochester Hills, so while I was searching for a nail salon to stop at after a visit to Meadowbrook Hall, Creative Nail Too was the perfect place.
First of all, it was very clean inside and had a nice, modern vibe.
The staff members were all very friendly and immediately went to work on my manicure and pedicure. Sometimes, when you visit a busy salon, it’s hard to find all the cool colors (their either in use, or at someones station) but not here! They had all the pretty pinks, bold blues, great greens, and more. They also used the best brands like Essie and OPI.
My pedicure and manicure came out beautifully and my toes lasted for weeks! I will definitely be back, even though it’s a hike for me.
