Terrible, terrible company! Spent over $ 500 on 1^st visit and begged them for a return visit and help. Came out one more time. They refused to let me talk to the owner. We finally spent our money on fixing our pest problem ourselves. BUYER BEWARE!

One year ago I had squirrel problem in my attic — the guy that came out did a great job of catching and then sealing up holes.
This year I called for skunk. Different guy does not show up on appointed day, shows up a week later, and wants to put out small (squirrel) traps that I know the skunk will not fit in (it was BIG). Well because of his delay I had to postpone the service — he came back a month later– again after a week delay, and put out traps. He catches neighborhood cat — I let it out and he lectures me on letting out cat says I can’t do that or he will take his traps and leave (A threat). So next day same thing he catches another cat — next door neighbors, and I let is sit all day in the cage as he shows up late in afternoon and is pissy with me so I tell him «maybe he does not know how to catch a skunk only cats» and he storms off after picking up his traps. They get $ 159 just to show up and $ 75 for each captured animal — even if it is not the target animal, so maybe he is not to happy because I told him I was not paying for cats. He told me that he could take the cats if they did not have a collar and rabies tag as it was Michigan law — THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH — there is no such law.

Great customer service. I had tried another bat extraction company and continued to have bats in my attic. Finally tired of thir poor service, I tried critter control. Aaron was thorough in sealing openings and setting the one way out device, explained my situation, was very professional and the bats have left the building.
