Gymboree of Rochester Hills

So rude!!! Tried refusing my valid coupon I received in the mail, then backtracked on offering the free music class offered on the coupon and which they had recently called to get me to sign up for. Said I had already used a free gym class… But they had tried me to come in a few days ago for a complimentary music class. So offered it to me, then went back on their word. Kyleen was VERY RuDE on the phone and said twice «you’re already getting $ 22 for a month!» As if I was trying to rip them off… Yet that’s what the coupon was for!!! Not to mention the free library classes in my community are way better. Half the gym class is free play. If I wanted that I would go to open gym. Not worth your money or being talked to or treated rudely.

Rude and inconsiderate of your child. They are out for your money only.
After we paid a registration fee and 75 dollars membership we missed 2 classes due to sickness. Instead of reminding us of it professionally either through the phone, email or at the reception, after I came in with 2 kids under 2, the teacher in class rudely informed me in front of other parents and children that our membership has ended (4 days ago) and that we cannot stay in class unless we pay extra. That is expensive after a 30 $ registration fee and paying 15 $ for each class to start with. We ended up paying 40 $ for each of the 2 classes. That was the last drop after the teacher made discriminating comments about my 2 year old son in front of other kids and parents.
