I think monkeys from the zoo could do a better job than these guys.
I have had nothing but problems from this location. There is nothing fast about this place.
And the hoodlum delivery drivers have terrible customer service skills. I defiantly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Told me I was too far away for delivery and they only deliver within 2 mile radius. Google maps says I live 1.5 miles away. Thanks for the good customer service even after I explained to them I don’t live out of your radius. I will not give them my business nor recommend them to anyone.

I like to go to a Jimmy Johns for lunch because they’re pretty consistent. They must have missed the friendly customer service training here. .. at least pretend to be nice, it’s not that difficult! My veggie sandwich was very sparse, what the heck. I should’ve just ordered bread. Hardly anyone here and all the tables are dirty. The ice machine is dripping. The water and chips were fine. One of the workers knocked off a pile of menus off the counter. It didn’t look like she was about to make an effort to pick them up, so I walked over and scooped them up. I got a dirty look. This was a very weird experience. I can’t imagine coming back.
The one on Opdyke is awesome. I think it’s on Opdyke.

Unbelievable. We ordered subs and were told we’d get mayo and mustard on the side. At delivery, no mayo, no mustard. We called. The kid on the other end that has no sense of customer service hang up. I’ll be dropping in to pick up my packets.

Ordered from this location for delivery. They screwed up the order and delivered one sandwich with no turkey. Called to work through the issue and they actually accused us of removing the meat — said this has been a problem for them. I am speechless for being treated so poorly. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from here EVER again. And will tell our friends and neighbors not to support such poor customer service.

Favorite place to eat! Right by the school it’s great! And they’re honestly really fast and making your sandwich never in the store to long waiting. And you can call in orders! Friendly staff to! Love this JJs

Great meal per usual but the music was so fricken loud in there I quickly ate and left. Everyone is yelling and the music was blaring, I will not go back to that JJ’s .

I like this JJ’s location — their staff has always done a good job at getting our sandwiches ready — in their usual freaky fast fashion.

#17 — Ultimate Porker (when very hungry) it is hard to beat this sub

I’ve ordered from this location on countless occasions and every time was great. The customer service was good, the delivery guy was fast and friendly with a smile, and the sandwich was fresh and delicious! What more could I ask for? Yum.

Ok, so I love Jimmy John’s. Especially now that they have the Unwich wraps and I can go all the time and not feel guilty about it. My favorite is the Beach Club in an unwhich, minus the mayo and add cherry peppers and mustard packets for 330 calories.
Price is ok, $ 6 a sandwich. What I don’t understand is all the rediculous corporate rules they have in place. For example, they refuse to put the mustard on my sandwich, I have to literally unwrap it and do it myself. What?! Also they are no longer allowed to serve alfalfa sprouts. But it’s still on the menu as being in the beach club… And no one mentions this until I get my sandwich. What?!
Luckily the staff here is always apologetic lol and lets me add something free in place of the sprouts. But still, wtf?

Subs so fast you’ll freak? Well, no one was freaking at this Jimmy Johns location. It’s got to be the slowest ever. I have been to dozens of Jimmy Johns. I expect a good quality sandwich handed to me within seconds of getting my change. The quality at this store does not compare to others. The bread, vegetables and pickle were off. The service is terrible. Slow and non attentive. No mayo means no mayo people.

Def disappointed in the quality of the sandwiches prepared here. How difficult can it be to put together a $ 5 sub? JJ’s is heading down the same path as Quiznos, i.e. expand like crazy and lose control of quality.
I have eaten JJ’s hundreds of times and for some reason i keep going back imagining I am going to taste the same sandwich they produced before the corporate culture sank in. The bread is now fresh/​frozen, and their oil/​vinegar mix is 90% oil, which is disgusting (at this location especially, but it def seems to be throughout the entire JJ system).
What more can I say JJ’s, step it up before new/​better competition turns u into the next Quiznos/​Subway.

When I want a quick lunch, this place always jumps to mind. Sandwich is made in a jiffy by really nice people. This place is clean, well maintained and handsome. Go for it.
