I have mixed feelings on the office. Dr Van did a great job on my surgery and I loved the hygienist who did my first few follow up appointments then it went downhill. I saw a new hygienist and the follow up treatment was inconsistent yet you were still paying the same amount. Essentially my teeth were being fully cleaned initially, then just the area that was worked on was partially cleaned at my last appointment. I decided to just see my dentist for these interim cleanings since I knew what to expect. Finally, I received a call from Dr Van’s office asking if I was concerned that I hadn’t heard from them. The answer is no considering that I had not only moved but was holding my 5 week old newborn on my lap. Apparently I owed $ 68 and the bill was returned to the office. Why would I just assume that I had a balance when I never had a payment due for any previous appt?
