Randolph’s Salon

I’ve been to this Salon few times and I can’t complain. The stylists are very helpful explaining products and I always look great when I leave.

Horrible! I have never had to go back to a salon for a redo because it was so bad. That’s what I get for winning/​using a «free» gift certificate to a hair salon. They need coloring lessons! Don’t go if you have red hair!

It’s alright. I had requested an ombré that might have looked bad with my hair so the stylist suggested me something else. We did the something else, yeah putting in foil was fine, but when it came to the washing, yikes. I am very tender headed and I told her this, yet I «yelped» and said ow (aka made a sound of pain, not the action of using Unilocal) about 3 – 4 times and she didn’t acknowledge she was causing me pain.
Oh well I don’t like to be blunt. She gave me a mild hair trim. She probably used her scissors for about 4 seconds, wonder how much that cost me.
Oh well, she said shed finish me with a an amazing blowout. Well… it wasn’t nice at all. It was so bad I couldn’t go out in public without touching it up with a straightener it was just a frizzy ball of yarn mess. Hair color came out subtle and pleasant but not the swatch I selected. Oh well
Very friendly staff, clean place looks amazing. For the price I paid I expected better quality, especially at the end. Oh wellllll yolo.

I’ve been here twice now and I love it. Lauren is amazing! She does great highlights and haircuts and she’s so easy to talk to. Plus she is amazingly fast. Full highlights in an hour and a half? Yes, please!
Salon is clean and trendy. Highly recommend both Randolph’s and Lauren!

Great salon with great service. You can tell the stylist really do have a passion for the work they are doing. Comfortable salon for men or women clients.

I had a color touch up for the first time last week at Randolphs. Great first impression. I walked in to a beautiful, friendly environment, not stuffy at all unlike some high end salons. I felt at home right off the bat. My stylist was very knowledgeable and really listened to me. I felt totally comfortable in her hand, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Could not be happier. They had lots of specials on their products also, so I stocked up. I made my next appointment. I found my new hair home:)

Jen is PHENOMENAL! I had a cut/​color appointment with her last night and I have never been happier with my hair. (I went in for a cut and an ombré color.) I have had two disastrous haircuts (NOT at Randolph’s — at two different salons) and told Jen all about them. I could tell that she was listening to every word I said when I explained what I wanted, which gave me the best peace of mind ever! I’ve never had ombré color done to my hair, so I was a little nervous it wasn’t going to turn out how I pictured it… Nope…it was SPOT. ON. PERFECT. (I have gotten a dozen compliments on it in the three hours I’ve been at work!)
Jen walked me through every step of my hair appointment, telling me in detail what she was doing to my hair. She also told me about the products she used in my hair when styling, but was never pushy or overly sale-​sy about it. I ended up getting two of the products she used on me.
Best hair appointment ever. Can’t wait for next time!

This brand new Redken salon provides excellent service in a trendy and conveniently located environment.
I got a great cut, color, and hi-​light with «Jen.» I highly recommend her! I’ll certainly be back for my next touch up!
