Rochester Hills Dental

ATTN: all Oakland co. Parents and adults please share this so somebody else does not have to have a horrid experience like I had to today !!!
So don’t go to Rochester Hills Dental scheduled an appointment for today at 9 o’clock confirm the appointment for 9 o’clock via email and text message confirmed appointment for 9 o’clock yesterday face-​to-​face when I had my other son in there today I get a phone call saying it was 8 o’clock. When I proceeded to argue the fact I was called a liar… Also made appointments for next Monday and was told no it was next Tuesday but I have an appointment card that says no it was Monday and I was called a liar about that as well!!! I will never take my kids back to this dentist… And I suggest you don’t neither if the incompetence behind the front counter is any indication of this type of service you were going to receive. Which is a shame because the actual dentist seemed pretty cool he’s probably going to go out of business because the incompetence that he has behind the front counter!!!

Well, after two more visits I’m still debating between three and four stars. Everyone is still nice and there were no problems with the actual service… but on my second AND third visits they were running behind so they were 30+ minutes late getting to me… so if you add in my 15-​minutes-​getting-​there-​early time, I’ve waited up to an hour for my appointment. Which is NOT a good thing. But, I accept that I may have just been completely unlucky… And the waiting room is somewhat quiet and peaceful (I still love the big fish tank).
So I guess I’m at about a 3.5 overall. If you’re close the their office, I would definitely recommend you try them.
