Horrible customer service. I think salesman’s name was Andy? Really didn’t want to help me. Was not real informative. I was asking him about the different grades of paint and would just answer in one word responses. Very rude. Smart ass!!! Didn’t want to be there working and even said that. Like we couldn’t tell??? When he realized what he had said and done… tried to back pedal. This was our second experience at this store and no change. Will continue to do business at Tienken store in Rochester. We have a large account also… sorry you won’t earn our business any longer.

Needed a 5 gallon bucket of pre purchased Sherwin Williams paint shaken that I had bought a month prior at 7am, right as they opened .
Mike welcomed me as I entered the store & asked how may I help you?
I’m getting ready to paint today & was told you can shake up one of these 5 gallon pails?
yes sir!
He fetched the pail, shook it up & rolled it out on a dolly to lighten my carry/journey!
