Target

Used to be my go to store, drop off Rx, shop, pick up Rx. Too easy. Apparently since late November last year the pharmacy just all downhill. Probably because the wonderful pharmacist quit. The «replacement»? A hot mess nightmare. After going there consistently for mos if not years, I was belittled, patronized, treated most rudely so I walked out. Due to HIPAA I will go no further with medical details. I was so upset I called corporate number. A personable man called me back and while it was an interesting conversation I don’t feel any one of them can grasp what being profiled and insulted does to someone who’s already suffering. This girl, and yes I mean girl, does not have the life experience or ability to communicate effectively. I was disrespected and more, over a medication prescribed to me by my doctor. I guess I should apologize for getting injured very badly in a war zone. My bad. Yeah, not going there again. She got a little talking to allegedly, sure. Very disappointed in the behavior and lack of empathy that I came back «home» to. This was the worst of many experiences I have gone thru. Next…

I’m a soccer player and a swimmer. I recently hurt my leg and used a electric cart to get around easy. However the staff thought otherwise, they didn’t believe me and got very sarcastic and moody with me. I was forced to put the cart back and limp around the store. Never coming back here again sincerely disappointed at target. The discrimination in teens is terrible.

I only it go to this target because of the pharmacy, they do an incredible job. However that is not the case with the rest of the store. Today I was waiting in line there were 42 people waiting in line on a Monday afternoon with two registers open. Finally the manager came out and open to register and he called next, once I came up to the register he sent into the back of the line and instead checked out one of his lady friends and publicly yelled at me. I spent thousands of dollars at that target per month and they’ll never see another penny.
Word of advice to target, fire the manager with the buzz haircut and glasses — he will lose you more customers everyday.

Fun store although hard to find things sometimes. A clerk helped me find some tops to match the jackets I had bought earlier. They cater all ages and styles. Prices are reasonable and in my experience has been that the clothing is of good quality. Lots of check out lanes. Checker are polite and friendly.

Who doesn’t love target? This is by far my favorite target in the whole wide world. You see I come from the East side of Detroit and we don’t have this kind of selection at 8 mile, dequindre, or gratiot. It’s actually overwhelmingly awesome here.

Great store, but hard to find someone to help me! Other than that target is your «target» to go to!

People say whenever you’re stressed, to just close your eyes and go to your happy place. Well, this is it. I close my eyes and I’m transported to the fluorescently lit halls of the Rochester Target. Sure, it’s a little dingy and kind of old, but their deals are just so heavenly.
I love you Target.

I’m glad this location is here, if I need something in a hurry but compared to other Target locations it’s not nearly as nice. There things are usually picked over or gone but more than that it always appears to be dirty or messy there and I can rarely find an employee to help.

I love Target this location is no exception. The merchandise is always being restocked which can be annoying if there are carts of stock in the aisles but that means the shelves are full so you can’t have everything and at this time of year that is a necessary concession. Love the dollar section. Love the variety of kitschy clothes for the college daughter and teen and I find things that I love that I’m going to wear for a season. I have long been a fan of Target’s t-​shirts. Not sure why people pay $ 30+ for a t-​shirt that will last MAYBE one season when I can get basic white t’s at Target and replace them all summer long and they look GREAT. Their electronics department has all of the latest and greatest and I overheard a clerk speaking to someone about a camera yesterday and he was very knowledgable. I’ve had experience speaking about my iPad to someone who was knowledgable AND I didn’t have to suffer the Apple Store crowds. Why NOT shop Target?!*

Compared to other Target stores in the area this one is not good. It is always picked over and the women’s clothes dept. is always in disarray with merch everywhere. The store manager needs to get flogged for doing a bad job.
