In spite of the lengthy discussion we had when I dropped of the dress to be hemmed about when I needed it finished, he didn’t even START the job until I came to pick it up. I wasted my entire lunch hour waiting. 1 star when you cannot follow through on some commitments.

This was the worst tailoring experience I have ever had. Not only did he do a terrible job, he was also extremely rude when I asked him to fix part of the alteration. He said that he didn’t know how. I took it to another tailor and that tailor said that all of his work was done very poorly. Also I was overcharged. Looking at my tailoring you could definitely see that it was an express job done very terribly.

I stood up in a wedding this past weekend and had a long, chiffon bridesmaid dress to wear. Being the procrastinator that I am, I brought it in to The Tailor Shop the Monday before the wedding to be hemmed.
Not only did they hem my dress in time (it was ready by Thursday), but the detailing was beautiful and the length was PERFECT. I walked down the aisle with ease!
He could have charged me double for it being such late notice, but he charged me the regular going-​rate to hem my four layer dress.
I would recommend The Tailor Shop to all of my friends and family — impeccable tailoring!
