This is a great place if you enjoy sitting in restaurants that smell like ketchup, or being served by the most unpleasant pirate bartender/cashier north of the Mississippi. If neither of these things are your bag, then I suggest you stick with something pre-bottled or packaged. There are no other places to go(aside from your gate) at the Rochester airport, so you will likely find yourself there. My experience started off with my asking the pirate what he recommended. It was a ridiculous question given the establishment, but I was hoping for some honesty, which I didn’t get. I ordered the nachos, but accidentally misread the menu about adding meat to the dish. When my «food» came I was served a plate of old chips covered in the kind of cheese that turns into a hard plastic when heated. I asked the pirate if I could please have meat added, but he was unable to help me with charging me again. It likely would have cost the restaurant $ 3 to make my meal right and I would’ve foregone my review, but that’s not how this pirate story goes. Instead I sat in anger staring at my plastic nachos drinking a watered down drink I’m very certain wasn’t a double. However with absolutely no other option, you too may be enduring the true kindnesses of a pirate stranger during the holiday season just as I have. I hope that is not the case for you and that the management is forced to eat their own food… no wait, I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. Bön Appetite!

Wow, It is hard to find a good Reuben(other than my own that I make at home from time to time). So, I tried the Reuben here while at the airport and was truly Wowed by the quality of the corned beef and how the Reuben tasted overall. I had a friend traveling with me who ordered the Fish sandwich and they said the fish sandwich was excellent. Tom the head manager/cook, etc…(is a one man show), serves up great food, has a charming, outgoing personality, and makes you feel right at home. If I ever am in the area again, even if I was not hungry, I will have to order something from him again. Cheers to Tom and his talented work.

This little restaurant is awesome. They make all food to order. So my BLT was made fresh, including the nicely crisp bacon. Delicious! Tip: if you like good French fries, this place has them! My only complaint is that is that during busy times they can get overwhelmed, so be patient.

Pretty good little place in the Rochester mn airport. The Greek salad is what I usually get although the burgers look like something is like. The owner is super nice and they keep everything super clean.
