A Plus Gutter Cleaning

So on my talk thread I needed a gutter cleaner. I chose Michelle’s suggestion even though I believe she knows them. Mainly for the fact they are located not too far from where I live. So… my review is kind of a mixed one.
Called and the owner picked up and was friendly and said they could come out anytime. He told me they would be out in 2 days and leave an invoice.
They didn’t come on said day so I called wondering what happened. He stated they were pretty backed up on friday which is undertandable. Would of like a phone call though.
They came out Saturday which was a very cold and wet day. As I was putting my son down for a nap I hear the guys stomping around and being super loud swearing and complaining about being out there. Unprofessional. I was hesitant to be «that guy».the one who complains… but seriously this is your job and no I would not want to be cleaning gutters in the wet cold either but if it was my job well I certainly would suck it up.
I called the owner after they left and he was very respectful and listened to what I had to say. He informed me he would talk to the guys. He called me back in a few minutes after that and stated the guys were very apologetic and this is not how they do things and want to ensure costumer satisfaction. He stated we only owed him half the cost which I told him I didn’t mind paying what was due since they did clean the gutters but he insisted it was their way of apologizing. He thanked me for calling him to let him know instead of just never using them again. Which I think is important. How can a business fix anything if you don’t inform them of a problem.
Conclusion: So it wasn’t the greatest experience but I respect the great customer service. It showed me that they respect their customers and value their opinion. I’ll give them another shot before snowfall.

Their motto is «We answer the phone» but since cleaning my gutters and providing an estimate to repair one of my gutters I have called them three times only to reach voice mail each time. I have also left a message each time and not received a return phone call. As such, I wouldn’t recommend this company if you require gutter repair.
