Called and they took my info for a lock that broke at our house. The man said he would call and let me know when they could come out and he was very upfront with the pricing. Bob just showed up and no one called. Also, it would be nice to have the employees have photo company IDs to confirm identity. Lock was fixed not replaced for $ 81. I would hire them again.
