My name is Jim, I live in Mill Valley, CA, and I am 82 years old. Recently I spent time at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. I was in need of a companion and advocate to help me negotiate my first days at the Mayo Clinic. I asked the Clinic for a recommendation and (lucky for me) they gave me Karen Hoffman’s name. Karen is with the «Always Caring» organization” in Rochester. I first met Karen at my hotel because she wanted to interview me and in order to match me with the right person. Karen suggested Kelsey be my companion and advocate and Kelsey was perfect. I could not have made it through all my appointments were in not for Kelsey. Kelsey is wonderful and was the perfect companion advocate! On my next visit to the Mayo Clinic, my first call will be to the «Always Caring» organization. They are honest, compassionate, and reasonable. «Always Caring» made my Mayo Clinic visit a pleasure.
