Arby’s

It is hard to give a place like Arby’s a review because they are almost all the same but the manager was so very kind that this Arby’s gets a great review.
I came here to grab something quick and easy to eat before getting on the road for a trip. I used the the drive thru to order. It was easy to hear the staff member and they understood me well. It was very easy to order. I always get the same thing so I didn’t need to peruse the menu.
I was told that unfortunately there were not any chicken tenders cooked and they will have to cook them fresh for me. I said it was okay, it is hard to be angry when they are cooking something fresh for you. The manager apologized over and over and I let her know it was okay. When my food was finally finished I got it and was on my way. Once I started to eat my meal, I realized the manager gave me extras of both curly fries and tenders! I was super excited because I was able to split the meal in half and eat more later.
Overall, I have never had any problems with this location. It is located in a great spot and everyone is friendly. If I would like some Arby’s then I would come back to this location.

Today on my drive home from work, I had a craving for a delicious chocolate shake. I decided to stop at Arby’
was during my insanely long wait for food that I decided to write this review. I am currently sitting in the drive-​through lane, there is no escape from here. I have been waiting more than five minutes for my order and there are still two cars in front of me. How is it that at a restaurant that serves fast food, nothing is ever ready in less than five minutes. I just want my shake.

While Arby’s has made several changes over the years, they sill peddle their reconstituted beef sandwiches made with what they call «roast beef». This miracle of science still sells, which amazes me.
Why, you may ask me, do I still go there? My wife LOVES their Reuben sandwiches & curly fries. She digs em a lot. Me, not so much. So, whenever she has a hankerin’ for an Arby’s Reuben Sandwich I’m more than happy to swing by this clean & well kept franchise to pick one up.
Trivia: I think that this is the ONLY drive through restaurant in Brighton… must’ve evade the zoning overlords though some sort of wizardry!

This is my favorite Arbys in Rochester. The food is presented well, the service is always genuine and friendly, and the dining room is spic and span. The curly fries are also in great shape, not too greasy, and not broken up into little dry pieces like a lot of other Arbys restaurants. I don’t know who manages this thing, but they’ve been doing it right for at least the last two years that I’ve been going here.

YYYEAA! Arbys will hold you down! I like this Arby’s because its the only one within city limits that I can walk to, AND, they actually have all of those deliciious Arby’s condiments you know and love. Break it down like this… get that original roast beef, add that Horsey sauce, BOOM, then a littel ketchup on top of that, BOOM, and finish it off with either the 3 Pepper sauce of that famous Arby’s sauce. You good.
