After my doctor of 25 years retired, I needed someone new. I was able to get into this practice within a few weeks(it wasn’t urgent) and have been treated well. I’ve been twice and both times I spent very little time in the waiting room(less than 10 minutes) and exam room(less than 5 minutes) before seeing Dr. Woulchem, who I like very much. I like the nurse practitioners as well. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because one of the front desk staff is not very welcoming. She’s not rude, just not friendly. I personally don’t care because it’s not about me, but in a medical office, the first person a patient sees needs to be very welcoming and accepting. The other front desk staff is very friendly. I recommend this office and plan on going to them for a long time.

Évaluation du lieu : 2 Rochester, NY
I’ve seen two doctors here three times over the past six months, and each time I leave feeling less and less like a valued patient at this office. I have to wait about 3 weeks to be seen for any visits at this office, though I was seen same day within two hours when I had a massive migraine(but they didn’t tell me I would need a ride if I wanted any treatments in the office… So, waste of time and money). Another time I tried to reschedule and they would only tell me the day was unavailable and not offer any other dates, this person wasn’t the nicest on the phone. So, I went in on my lunch break for the first visit which was a big mistake because it took over 30 min to get brought into a room, another 10 waiting to be seen, then another 10 before the dr was out the door after handing over some new prescriptions. Went back recently for a yearly exam and to talk about my headaches — she did a great job avoiding talking about my headaches and didn’t seem at all concerned about them, which I’ve made it clear they have not made my life easy. She packed up her laptop and ran out the door before I could get any words in — maybe it was because she was an entire hour behind schedule(which I didn’t find out till I sat in the room for 30+min twiddling my thumbs). The good thing is there is an online system where I can email her(or at least someone answering on her behalf) which makes it a little easier than trying to set up an appointment, and going through the hassle of waiting to be seen. I can email her and get prescriptions renewals, ask questions, etc. Fairly responsive, till I brought up not being able to talk about my headaches at my last visit, and that a prescription was incorrectly renewed on the office’s behalf. Haven’t heard from them since… I’ve found better nail technicians that I see as often as this doctor(rarely) who have much better customer service and show more genuine compassion towards me than anyone at Artemus has shown towards any patient’s I’ve seen while there.
