One year ago this place was doing great. Tom was on the ball and servicing the building well. Come winter there was a boiler issue that Tom suggested rebalancing the system which was several thousands of dollars. It turned out to be a scam or something or another because Tom was out and Alaina was in. Alaina was very helpful once she started and we didn’t need to do the rebalancing. She was great for the initial few months. The July and August direct deposits never happened but show up as owner disbursements in the portal. Many calls to Alaina have gone unanswered. While Alaina did explain that she had some personal issues to deal with, it is no excuse to not return phone calls or emails. If there is a response to this stating that there were numerous emails and phone calls that were made and good, that’s true, but never should a property owner not be able to reach their property manager for more than several days even if there are emergencies. We are now in the process of terminating our contract with this company. —– No sooner did I press enter on this review did I get a call from Alaina, she stated that they were going through a system change and updating servers and that caused delays for owners to get paid. Several owners did not get paid and they are working to resolve the issue. She expects our deposits to be done by tomorrow(9⁄11) at the latest. I wish them luck with their future systems.

The stars are going down down down because the service is going down down down. They use to be 5stars, full service, monthly statement and check in the mail guaranteed. Since I last left a review, management has changed and I haven’t receiving a single check or statement. Contact me directly for an updated review as I’m not quite sure where this company is headed this year and maybe by the one you read this their service has improved. :(
