I have been coming here for last 7 – 8 years. I bring my friends here. So far the best place to go in Henrietta. They can get busy so go early.

Terrible job and very over priced for the mani pedi. She makes up her own prices beware!!! Had an awful experience and the owner is rude and doesn’t file straight.

Love, love, love my nails. Had the more modern-sharp-pointed style done yesterday. The quality of the job is unbelievable. She did a fantastic job! Funny and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely coming back.

Just had an awful experience. Called and asked for a fill, I was quoted 20 on the phone. Went in and the woman kept telling how bad my fill from my previous tech was which I loved and only didn’t go to him BC he was so busy. She left acrylic gunk under all of my nails and barely filed them. When I paid she said it was 25 which is more than I was told and she said something rude back. When I sat down at the nail drying table I noticed the menu said 17 for a fill. I will never return, by far one of the worst experiences at a nail salon!

I have a love hate relationship with this place. Quality of job done is so high but service is in between a over achieving and a below passing. Loved my manicures and pedicures. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been here. I have tried other places but the manicure just does not compare to the one I have gotten here. I get gel manicures and every time she does them they are perfect, she locks the tips and I never have issues with chipping. My manicured last past two weeks ! My pedicure was also fabulous, I did not feel any pain at all, not from the cutting, scrubbing or cuticle removing! The owner, Tom, is very friendly, personable and thorough. He always makes a point to talk with each and every customer. His wife who does the manicures on the other hand, she is very rude. She is rough and very angry. She does not really ask if you could move, she more so demands that you do. She is soo good at gel manicures but she makes it hard to come back sometimes.

I’ve been a regular customer here for close to 7 years. As such, it’s hard for me to understand the negative reviews, especially when they’re vague. Why are the owners«mean»? Also, I have never, ever(and I mean EVER) felt they were trying to up-sell or persuade me into services I don’t want. Making a suggestion is far different than persuasion. Nor has a manicure or pedicure been painful(why not politely inform the nail technician if that’s the case?) In regards to the language«barrier», as an English-speaking, American citizen who was born and bred in this country, I’ve never had problems communicating with the owners or their staff. Yet again, I speak a few other languages and have traveled frequently internationally, meaning I’m exposed to diversity. No, I do not speak Vietnamese. The quality of their services is unmatched. I’ve been to other nail salons in the Rochester area, both Vietnamese and American, and was charged half or double the price only for shoddy craftsmanship. I refuse to go anywhere else! The owners keep the salon impeccably clean despite having a high volume of customers, something most nail salons fail to accomplish. What I have noticed, as with any other service industry, is that clients are not always respectful or are unrealistic in their expectations. Custom designs are going to cost more, simply put. Also, the salon is often busy, so yes, you may have to wait. However, I’ve seen so many clients who feel slighted by this fact, even though the owners maintain a strict — yet fair — first come, first serve policy. I’m always treated well because I’m polite, patient, and tip them fairly, something many clients refuse to do in the service industry. I felt compelled to write this after seeing a client — who only had $ 10 on her mind you — become irate after wanting a pedicure but was denied. As a frequent client at both hair and nail salons, and after personally working in the hospitality industry while in college, I feel that clients need to be a bit more fair and understanding. With that said, I would encourage anyone seeking a long-lasting, high quality manicure or pedicure to come here. My acrylic sets look just as shiny 3 weeks after as they did when I just had them done! *** As a side note, yes, this a busy salon(which in my book, is a good thing). Call ahead and schedule an appointment if you’re short on time. I do not go during peak hours to avoid a wait. Also, if you have special requests, just ask! I’ve been to high-end nail salons in NYC, San Franciso, LA and Miami. The nail technicians here are just as, if not more talented and experienced.

The Price was fantastic, Manni/Peddi for $ 40. However, the woman doing my Pedicure was hurting me like crazy, I’ve never had a pedicure hurt before. I was not happy. I thought they were a bit pressurey(yeah I know that’s not a word) to get more services. I know they have to ask, but I felt pressured. Lastly, there was 1 man doing most the communicating. I hate when I there’s a language barrier. The girl I was with wasn’t super happy with her pedicure either, though I forget why. I went there because they got an elusive 5 stars on Unilocal.I may go again next year, but as of 1 visit I wasn’t impressed.

They are very friendly and good priced. The place is neat and clean. This was the second time I have stopped on a whim in the past few years. They did a good job on my pedicure and manicure. I would definitely go again.
