Terrible service. Tried to exchange the bigger soda stream carbonators twice with no luck and no ability to let customers know when they might be in.

I get their 20% coupon in the mail regularly, I had a pile of stuff to purchase and my coupon was expired, I had left the new one at home, I had to run home and get the new one, annoying.

What can I say, really? Chain stores are pretty much always the same. I guess that means the only real difference might be with service. I can say that the service has always been very friendly, whether it be via phone because I am calling about a product so I don’t waste time driving there or actually having a question/issue while in the store. I primarily go for specific organizational items I need and always seem to have a coupon from the mail so I am happy. :-)
