Wish they had a handicap button on the door. every time I come with my grandma I am stuck outside until someone helps me in. I have written to the Bill grays website but have never received an answer. Even if you’re not going to change it at least let me know I have been heard. The food is so so and expensive if you don’t have a coupon. Not really a fan, but the workers are super nice.

If you clean the grill after a whole day of burger-making, then you will see«Bill Gray’s Grease.» This store, however, is «Bill Grays in Greece.» There’s a key difference. I was here very recently, probably 6 weeks ago, getting Abbott’s custard and some snacks from Bill Grays. They have cheap burgers, white hots, dogs, and garbage plates as well as other kinds of sandwiches. Their food is basically the same at all locations. However the service and décor and atmosphere is not. I’m not really a fan of this Bill Gray’s. It takes forever to get served not just because it’s busy but because employees don’t have a good system of serving the outside crowd and the inside alike. They have some attitude, as well. And dirty tables with not too many outlets in-store. Plus they keep their AC a little low for my tastes so it can be a little humid inside. I prefer the Bill Grays way out on Culver and the best one is down in Henrietta. If you do eat here, though, I recommend the«world’s greatest cheeseburger.» And even moreso, the Abbott’s custard, although again, it’s not my fave location for that.

Any negative reviews are crazy. Up here from SC and we come here every time. The burgers are amazing. A++

Ahhhhhhh… I blew my plan to eat healthy this week at lunch today but I don’t care. My coworker and I decided to split a cheeseburger and fries and that was a good thing because I could have easily devoured the full portion. The burger was especially good… very fresh and delicious. And that bun! I don’t know where they get them but that thing was awesome. I dislike when you get a good burger somewhere and there’s a pathetic Wonder Bread bun. Not so at Bill Gray’s. The fries aren’t anything special but they were hot and crispy. I disagree with the reviewers who called this place out for being dirty. I was cognizant of that going in after reading reviews and saw nothing like that. The service was fine too. It’s a burger joint, not a sit down restaurant. The whole experience was good.

I was inside this restaurant at 4:20 pm today and found the dining area dirty food on floor ketchup dripping down trash can the foyer where you walk in trash on floor from bulletin board. The ladies room was absolutely disgusting feminine products spilling out of container toilets not flushed and the stall doors were just disgusting. I don’t think anyone ever washes those stall doors down. I asked to see manager however I was told he wasn’t in. They had enough staff standing around in the kitchen. I would not recommend taking children in this dirty germ infested place. Do we even have a board of health anymore? If we do then they are not doing any inspections. I also saw the outside trashcan over flowing. This was the Latta Rd. store in Greece Ny.

A trip back to Rochester wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Bill Grays! You can’t go wrong with a cheese burger! The cheese burger was good, but the ketchup, mustard, and pickles that I ordered as toppings were«sloppily» put on the burger-making it a bit messy to eat. The curly fries are a must also! The food was great! The overall atmosphere was clean.

Went for an Abbott’s Custard after dinner, and was upset because of how small a single dish was for $ 3.70+. Ridiculous! Not going back. They should be ashamed to serve such a small portion.

Tonight our meal consisted of good food… but. outside sitting, fighting food flies. coping with a very sick child because of ingesting spoiled milk. using a bulging bug infested disposal bin… and a very nonchalant management who were nonreacting to our concerns! And no apologies.

Last time I came to this Bill Gray’s, it was the first time I had ever ordered something to go. I ordered a «great plate», which is similar to a garbage plate, and I waited 15 minutes for my food to end up cold when I got home at my house 7 minutes away.

It’s over priced. Plain and simple. Never go here without a coupon. You can usually find them in the paper. On Tuesdays we bring our 4 and 8 yr olds and they have entertainment for the kids. They love it! Still over prices food though!

This place is a bit of nostalgia on a bun. The burgers aren’t fabulous but they’re pretty solid. For my family and I, we pretty much come here to get the hot sauce. A cheeseburger with everything is our standard order and, usually, a bushel of napkins on the side. The fries are good as well and they give you a lot of them. Usually one order of fries is enough for two people. A plus to this location is that they also have a counter for Abbott’s frozen custard. There aren’t too many places where you can get Abbott’s in November so this is a treat and a half.

Ehh. The food here is just ok… Flat-style burgers are palatable, but better versions are to be found elsewhere. The food here is fast and filling, but pretty unremarkable. I do like the spicy sauce that is available on cheeseburger with«everything». A very sloppy eat though, and the roll was soggy halfway through(I am a slow eater… my husband didn’t have that problem). I don’t care for their fries or o-rings…kind of over fried… but I always order them anyway! I have not tried any of their other offerings as nothing really grabbed me. BG is definitely a step or several above the national burger chains and, Abbotts is right there, so that is a-ok with me.

The food here isn’t bad. Simple, basic burgers at decent prices. However service typically leaves much to be desired. The counter is staffed primarily by what seem to be HS students. As one can imagine, they seem more interested in socializing amongst themselves than doing their jobs. Today, i put my order in with a young man who looked positively angry to be there. Fortunately, when i picked up my order, i was served by a pleasant young lady who actually seemed interested. Also, always always check your order before leaving. i cannot tell you how many times i’ve arrived home to find the order wrong in one way or another. i’d seldom patronize this business if my wife didn’t like their food, and they’re conveniently close to home.

I don’t know how they make their veggie burgers, but they’re awesome – BEST I’ve ever had. Their fries and onion rings are good too – not exactly a place you go to eat healthy, but I’m fine with that. Really nostalgic décor, too, as they’ve posted and hung framed news articles and decades-old memorabilia from the area high schools.
