You stole the replacement tire out of my trunk when I had the front control arms replaced. You replaced it with a donut, not even a full tire… You guys are crooks.

I have found Bill’s to be very reasonable and professional. We have had several cars serviced here throughout the years and they do a great job and are very accommodating. The most helpful thing for us is that they will give you an estimate of what needs to be done, and let you know what is urgent and what can wait. We don’t take our cars anywhere else!

Will rip you off and make your vehicle worse. These people are part changers not mechanics. Have no ability to diagnose and just guess by throwing parts at it while you pay. My truck was running a little rough when I brought it in, after doing a full tune up, coils and cadilitic converters they called and said it was 80% better but was still a little rough and couldn’t figure out why. I paid $ 2030 and drove away with an 80% worse truck… when I called about it he replied it wasn’t like that when they had it and something else must’ve happened on my drive home. My truck was drivable when it was dropped off and now is parked in my driveway unable to drive. Do not bring your vehicle to these thieves for anything other than an oil change… and I don’t even know if I would trust that.

Bill, Jeff and the rest of the staff at Bill’s Automotive are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. This is the only place that I know of where you receive a 3 month warranty on any vehicle that you buy whether it is used or new. Great selling point!
