Bowling alleys are pretty much the same. and this one does what you would expect. A group of us showed up on a friday at 920 and were told to put our names on a list, and to wait until the leagues were finished which didn’t take too long. Not sure if this is the case every night but the wait wasn’t too long. The cosmic bowling with the light and the music was cool, definitely appeals to a younger crowd, prices seemed pretty cheap. I’d give this place another star if not for the rude obnoxious bartender who looked like an over the hill redneck with 2 teeth, bleach blond hair with way too much cheap gel or whatever in it. So I ordered a pitcher of beer which tasted like the inside of an ass. none of us could drink it. When I brought it back to her and explained, this troll shrugs her shoulders and says«Ive been selling it all night» and walks away. No offer to replace it, no apologies.nothing. We’re talking about a pitcher of beer that cost about 6 or 7 dollars? You’re going to piss off a group of paying customers who will probably never come back after getting your attitude? Another friend of mine who works in the food industry, went to the manager and explained the situation. He was nice enough to comp our shoe rentals, so for that I’m not making this a 1 star review. Seriously, that bartender, has no customer service skills, or else is just plain racist or just a bitter old fart. Was soooo sorry I left her a tip. wanted to kick myself for that

Had the worst experience ever. Was insulted and told by the guy ‘who called himself the boss’ to ‘do him a favour and never come back’ because he had asked me to wait for the billing and another co worker of his called me at another counter saying ‘he could help me’. So his motto is that if there is a communication gap between the ppl running the billing counters, shout at and insult the customer. He also mocked us by saying that he didn’t know what would we do if they raised the prices. Nobody in the staff stood up with us even though clearly this ‘boss’ was being a jerk. Got a racist vibe. Definitely a no go

We had a great time at this bowling alley. The desk staff was friendly and funny. The prices were very inexpensive and everything else just as you would expect from a bowling alley. I would have liked to had access to a juke box for playing after the leagues were done.

Took a group of 5 teens to bowl. As soon as we walked in the door we were treated very rudely. We bought a bunch of food for the kids and they ate in between the two games they bowled. Apparently we over stayed our welcome as one of the managers came over and decided to try and throw away their food. He came over to us to say they needed the table and the alley the kids were in for other patrons. We were waiting for people to get picked up and noticed that they had just shut down the lane. They advertise as family friendly, but that is certainly not how we were treated. The kids were all well behaved and not running around or obnoxious. Not sure why we were treated so poorly. The only bright side was the bartender who kept apologizing for the rude behavior.

My friends and I went to College Night here on Sunday and it was insanely busy. We got lucky and somehow only had to wait 10 minutes, whereas the last time we went was about an hour. The lanes are decent, as are the prices, $ 1.00 per game and $ 1.00 shoe rental from 9-midnight. I don’t understand what everyone is saying about the staff, we’ve had nothing but polite people, maybe they’re under new management. The only downside is if you forget to bring your ID they’ll charge you between 6 and 10 bucks, but that’s still not bad for a night of bowling. If you’re looking for a cheap fun night with your friends, this is your best bet!

The nice side of Bowl-A-Roll is cheap bowling, cheap drinks, and cheap food that is decent for a bowling alley. The down side and why I give them 2 Stars is that when they are super busy they will shutdown your lanes and throw you out to get other customers bowling. Even if you are only halfway through your game with food on order. When trying to confront the staff about the lane being shutdown, they avoided us as all costs and wouldn’t get anyone a straight answer onto why our game was cut short. Reading other reviews, people have experienced the same thing. Go when its not busy, if there is a line, find something else to do.
