I am a longtime customer of Brow Diva, I go to Stephanie. Brow Diva recently remodeled, the place looks bigger than before. No matter how many times I come, the place changes up a bit which I really like. They offer water, wine, tea, coffee, chocolate, and mints while you wait.
I have really sensitive skin but with the wax Brow Diva uses, I don’t get red. I come every 4 – 5 weeks. I get compliments on my brows all the time. Stephanie uses lavender oil on my skin after each session. She will also fill them in for you too. $ 27 for brows, $ 10 for the lips.

Extremely over-​priced. The service took maybe 6 minutes and I paid over $ 30 including tip. My brows looked okay after the appointment but I was not happy when I went home and realized that there were many strays that had not been removed. I wanted to like you brow diva. But I’m not impressed.

I’m a longtime Brow Diva customer and just love it there. I see Stephanie or Ryan for my brows and they do a great job. My brows are arched, full, and clean. The location is great, the salon is clean and well decorated and the place just has a cool vibe. They all take pride in their profession, which I like. Online booking is easy. The waiting area is nice and has coffee, wine, chocolate and magazines. I totally recommend this place if you want to have a strong brow game.

I’ve been a customer for years and refuse to go anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and they offer complimentary wine and Hershey kisses… how can you go wrong?
Ryan is amazing. I have very sensitive skin and he always asks what products I’m currently using to ensure I don’t break out after my service.

Love Brow Diva!!! I have been to Euphoria to get my brows done and they never seem to get my brows the way I like them… Rachel did an AMAZING job with my brows… I definitely will be a repeat customer for sure!!!

My eyebrows grow completely differently and I cannot trust just anyone to shape them. I have learned this the hard way over the years. I have been blamed and yelled at when I’ve gone to other salons and told I must have tweezed my brows on my own and effed them up. I have had stylists wax off big chunks and then tell me I did it.
Alyssa is the only person on the planet I will trust with my freakish eyebrows. I would actually trust anyone on the staff here, but Alyssa has been making me look like a normal human since they opened. I am not saying this lightly as I have lived in Denver and NYC, which are both much larger cities and not found anyone who could do a decent job and I now let my brows do what they want in between trips to Rochester.

My very 1^st time investing in an eyebrow treatment by a true professional. Ryan, you out did yourself. To bad I can’t bring you back to Jersey with me. Great ambience and awesome staff. Thank you for fitting me in! I’ll be back my next trip to Roch!

This is a wonderful place to go if you need help with your eyebrows. The results are much more professional and I very much like the ease of booking my appointments on line. I use alpha hydroxy products as my face is very oily, and the staff are more than happy to not use wax.

I’ve seen a couple different people here, but I recently went and saw Ryan, and he was FANTASTIC! He did just enough to give my eyebrows some shape, but kept enough that they didn’t look completely drawn on when it came time for powder to fill in the gaps. Was totally patient with my rambling ‘leave most of it, I like my eyebrows on the thicker side, but ya know, wax some too’ incoherent eyebrow instructions. My face is grateful for his skilled hands.

I have been going to Brow Diva for about 3 years. I love Deana! She completely saved me from being victim of over-​waxing and plucking! And introduced me to the brow mascara. Each sessions is 15 minutes and your look is transformed after you have had your eye brows done right!
I moved to NYC and every time I come back home to visit I make sure to make an appointment for a retouch– that keeps me defined for the NYC waxers can follow.

I recently moved to Rochester from Albany where I had the BEST esthetician and was very sad to leave him. I am very particular about my eyebrows and was nervous about going to someone new. Although Alyssa did a good job, I have definitely seen better. She didn’t even trim or wax the top part of my brows! I wasn’t impressed at all and it is definitely NOT worth the $ 27! I now go to Renee at Euphoria and she is much better and cheaper!

I really don’t understand all the hype that Brow Diva has attempted to create. They waxed, trimmed, and plucked my brows. Gee, that is exactly the same thing that every other eyebrow waxer has done for me, yet it cost twice as much to have it done at Brow Diva. Granted, my brows aren’t mangled and butchered so their job was pretty easy, but honestly, there is NO reason to pay $ 27 for a 5 minute eyebrow wax. That is just ABSURD. Even worse, the skin above one of my eyebrows broke out afterward, which has never happened to me after a wax. Needless to say, I will not return here!

This is my favorite place in the WORLD to get my brows done! I’m from Rochester, and discovered this place when I was finishing up college at Brockport. So I’ve been getting my brows done there since around 2005.
The atmosphere is nice, while you wait you can get coffe, tea, water, or wine on the house. I’ve had appointments with Rachel and Ryan in the past, and both do a great job. It is a bit pricey, but well worth it. When you leave you will feel like it was money well spent. I mean I’ve had my eyebrows butchered before, and they have really helped get them back on track. I no longer live in Rochester, but whenever I’m in town, I always make an appointment at Brow Diva.
Word to the wise, it’s best to call in advance and make an appointment. Appointments take about 15 mintues, and they are often booked. I believe the stuido is closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s, so it’s best to call ahead.
