Came here for happy hour and dinner. Service was slow. Food was ok. The atmosphere was fun though. The drinks are good I had bloody Mary and my friend had a Margarita.

Terrible! I ordered take out over the phone for lunch that was: 1) small wings w/combo sauce(bbq & med buffalo) w/blue cheese *it says on menu it comes with veggies –celery & carrots 2) side of coleslaw My coworker picked it up — and came back with: 1) 2 small orders one of bbq and one of mild buffalo sauce — each barely covered w/sauce 2) NO veggies 3) NO Coleslaw 3) 1 ranch — no blue cheese I called to complain and they left me on hold for over 10 min. The manager did say they would replace it when I come in next on the house…

We’re here watching the games and having a few beers. Fun place, fantastic wings. It’s really noisey here so don’t come here to have a nice quiet conversation. As far as the food is pretty much all good. I’d recommend buffalo chicken ranch wrap, corn bites, nachos and of course their wings. They have a wide assortment of brews also. They have lots of wing sauce to choose from. My favorite is the mango habanero, it’s sweet and will burn the crap out of your mouth!

The food was really good and so was the service. I like the variety of sports on the different big screens.

One of my worst restaurant experiences, ever. Was there for more than two and a half hours. Service was deplorable. One server for a party of 24 ppl. Server gave my 11 year old a medium order of wings, fry, and a drink. He has never ordered from anywhere but the kids menu… And he ended up with a $ 24 tab for a meal he hated. In fact, every child disliked their meal. He is 45 lbs… What would make her think ordering the second largest wing size would EVER be an option for a tiny kid? No drink refills. Never checked back on food. Awful!

Stopped here for dinner recently and left asking myself«what happened?». If you want wings and a beer than go for it! If you want a meal then steer clear. Anything that we ordered that wasn’t fried in grease was blah… nothing special. I left feeling like I would have had better food and a better deal at McDonalds.

Great wings but very slow service. The place is pretty crowded today but they should have more staff. I really like the jammin jalapeño sauce the best. The lemon pepper is a fail. Their pulled pork sandwich is pretty good.

The meek manager seemed intimidated by her responsibilities. We were in the bar area, wanting to watch a premier NCAA football game in an empty bar area, but was told someone had called wanting a different game on above the bar. At that point our food/drink total was over $ 70. She would not speak with us directly, making no eye contact, kept looking down at a piece of paper. We asked to speak to a general manager, and were told they didn’t have one. The shift manager we were trying to speak with was Chelsea. We were told they were a franchise location and contacting the corporate office would not be possible. It seemed like the manager was uninterested in making her patrons satisfied, and seemed put off that we were asking for a channel change. I don’t think she understands that the sports event viewing is one of the reasons people go to BWW. We are going to contact Corporate, in spite of their comment it won’t matter. It was an odd experience. We travel extensively, we are in our 50s, accustomed to better service.

Good service. Yummy cheese curds– can’t get those here in Michigan. The wings were disappointing-light on the sauce and a couple of the dummies were disfigured — they were lil stubbie

I have been here on over ten occasions. Gets the two stars for the TVs and sports coverage. However, the chicken wings are awful. For a place that specializes in wings, they don’t do a very good job. If you are serious about wings, then go to Chester’s or the Half Barrel. These are the only places that have excellent wings in Rochester. If you want to watch sports then BWWs is perfect.

I go to bww often and this is probably the worst location. Terrible parking, trivia games are old and from when they first opened, servers weren’t very attentive… food was good and on par with other locations so I guess that’s most important.

wings were all right and service was pretty slow. Not a huge fan but if I was desperate for wings, I would get the Parmesan garlic ones. If you are planning a date, this is not the place because I had great difficulty in attempting a conversation with the person next to me, but of course, it’s a sports bar.

Excellent wings! We like to go here for the football games and the beer,(lots of varieties) My friends all go here so I may be a bit biased. They have great happy hours and the bbq sauce is great and hot, I like the caribbean jerk best. The chicken tenders and wings covered in Parmesan garlic are good too. The atmosphere is very casual and a bit loud, especially when my crowd is there! Theres usually enough seating and the service is usually pretty attentive. The only thing is sometimes when we get stuff to go it takes forever. I don’t know why that is. Also they have great specials on Tues and Weds. Prices seem a little high, but not a big deal.

It’s our favorite place for wings, especially Tuesday special and Wednesday special … My favorite sauce Asian zing, Parmesan and Caribbean jerk. Lack of services, recommends Togo instead.

I cannot help it but I’m just not a B-dub fan. I don’t like the atmosphere — I think it is too loud with just noise which is what you get with cement all around and open cielings and hard seating. I also am pretty dang picky about my wings-and these ones are okay but not mouthwatering. I also don’t appreciate getting served on paper plates unless I’m at a picnic or the prices were a bit cheaper… I guess this is like a pseudo sports bar feel for the younger crowd.

Just like any other BW3: Good wings(and plenty of sauce selection), and many choices of beer. I don’t really watch sports games here, but there are plenty of big-screen projectors and trivia(l) games.

I went there today to celebrate 18 months of sobriety. I like to go on Tuesdays(45 cent wings) and Thursdays(50 cent boneless wings). I am a big fan of the mango habenero and carribean jerk flavors. I highly recommend the potato wedges as well, get them with cheese. It can be very loud here, but the food is soooo good and cheap if you go on the right days. Also playing the trivia is fun.

My mom and I came here a few times on our trip to Rochester, and the food was always good, hot, and fast! Very standard to other BWW I have been to here in IL. The waitstaff was good, but once when we got our order to go, I was told 15 minutes and it ended up being closer to 30. While I appreciated the hot food that wasn’t sitting under a warmer, I didn’t like sitting in the lobby for an extra 15 minutes with my stomach growling. That was kind of a bummer! Great place to hang out, though, and the trivia is fun!

I go to BWW for the wings and on-tap beers, both of which are very good. I have been consistently dissappointed by other menu items, however. The shredded pork slammers I had the last time I was there were dry and tasteless, and the wraps are dull and thin. In general, the prices are higher than they should be for the quality and quantity of the food. The wait staff is good, and it is usually clean. Go for the beers and the wings at happy hour. then go have dinner somewhere else.
