Just ordered a pizza from here for delivery. The young woman that took my order said that our pizza would be delivered in 15 – 20 minutes. Almost an hour later there was still no pizza. Called to ask and she informed the delivery person was just leaving. I think it’s ridiculous when you tell a customer that something will arrive at a certain time and it doesn’t. I wouldn’t have minded the hour wait if she had said it was going to be an hour. I normally enjoy Casey’s pizza and recently moved to Rochester, IN. After this service, I will not be coming back.
