As a carnivore recently turned vegetarian; I’ve got strict dietary requirement and this place meets them. I regularly get a Bowl with both white and brown rice; skipping the Sofeiras(soy bases protein), with all the salsa’s, guacamole and salad(skip all the dairy products). This meal more than holds me over until the next lunch or dinner. I have become a regular here, with out planning it.

I love Chipotle — it’s probably some of my favorite ‘fast casual’ food. This location is just ‘A-OK’ for me, just like the 3 star descriptor says. As others have mentioned, the parking lot SUCKS. Be careful in the icy, cold weather; I’ve slipped one too many times on the short walk to the establishment. The food is standard Chipotle, and the service is fine; not too friendly but not rude either. Just kind of aloof. The portions are a little on the slim side at this location, but the overall finished meal is always filling, so I don’t mind. I love the burrito bowl or the salad, sans dressing. Who needs the fattening dressing with all the salsa options?! Get the Sofritas — SOGOOD!

For the last three years of my life I have spent at least one meal a week at this location. They have good service. There people are fast, efficient and friendly. The burrito and the bowl are both equally my favorite’s! If you have not been to a chipotle before, but you love amazing non gmo food and alot of it or if your really into health and you want a balanced meal this is the place for you.

I would eat a chipotle steak burrito bowl every day of my life if I could afford it. Sometimes I accidentally eat at Wendy’s or McDonald’s and then I realize I could have come to Chipotle for only a few dollars more — like DUH, fresh steak or a crappy burger that probably got spit on? Bottom line, go to chipotle instead.

Chipotle is the perfect fast food. The quality and quantity you get for the price is unbeatable. This location is no different than the others, which is great about Chipotle — consistency. I’ve never had any issues here. I order ahead of time online, and my food is always ready to go when I get there. Service has always been friendly and fast. I’m sure it depends on whos working, but I’ve never had issues with portion sizes here, always huge. The only bad part is when the food ends.

The workers are always eating… Portions keep getting smaller… A lot of Mexicans in the joint

The guacamole is really good there when its fresh, I went there today and it was brown and rotting. I understand guacamole goes bad pretty quick but that’s when it needs to be changed out. They should be serving high quality food when charging a crazy amount for guacamole

Very good place, love the CILANTRO-LIMEWHITERICE ! Portions are large, call ahead and place your order over the phone or order on line… then skip the long line and pay right at the register :) Otherwise be prepared to wait in line for awhile. BURRITOBOWL is so good! Served in a bowl with your choice of meat or sofritas, rice, beans or fajita veggies, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream or cheese. Tables can be very busy and messy… take it to go.

I’m super disappointed in this location. They’re CHEAP on the portion size, PERIOD. Very SKIMPY on the MEAT. Parking sucks. Big time.

I will say that the staff is great behind the counter and are very accommodating when it comes to dietary needs, dairy free etc. However recently I stopped eating there. I’m not sure what happened at the Greece location, but the food is so salty, it’s pretty terrible. Plus you don’t want to eat inside, it’s very noisy and busy in there. I would always get my orders to go. The food is so so, but it’s a better option that Mc Donalds or fast food chains.

Can’t go wrong with fresh ingredients food to go. My usual*(chicken bowl), other than the cheese and sour cream, the rest of your food in that bowl is still in its original state.

I haven’t gone to this restaurant too many times before but every now and then its flavors call to me. This most recent trip I wanted something quick and close to where I was and this sounded like a great option. There is parking all around but it tends to get full between the dentist, gym, and Long Horn. Since there is more parking in the back then the front, I do wish there was a back entrance but that is mostly because it tends to get cold and windy here and I don’t want to be outside. There is almost always a line, but it tends to go very quickly and if you aren’t a seasoned Chipotle customer, the staff tend to be patient while you try to figure out what you want and what they have. I got a bowl with chicken, mild salsa, corn salsa, black beans, and cheese. It was filling and delicious. It hit the spot of exactly what I wanted. There is ample seating but my only issue with the seating is that there are a lot of high tables. I hate high tables, I am not really sure I have ever met a person who actually likes the high tables — your feet don’t touch the ground, you can’t push your own chair in, you have to climb up or down — they are just a really big pain in the butt. Overall, this place hits the spot when I need it too and I have happy with it.

Being from near where the very 1st Chipotle store was opened near Downing and Evans in Denver CO, I don’t think I should write 5 paragraph reviews of another store in Rochester. However, its bit of rare commodity this side of the map, needed to jot down few pointers. 1. the same friendly staff. 2. the same«I am afraid to give you too much portion». from what I hear, this location is afraid of giving you the bountiful scoop of rice. I usually don’t care for rice but they were afraid to give me appropriate amount of fajita vegies. Had to ask for more and it was kinda like. pulling teeth per say? I should asked for more cheese. darn. 3. its staffed by cool people with great smiles I will be back for some more.

It seems that everyone in the world knows what Chipotle is and likes it. I tried it once before, but that was a few years ago and I was not in Rochester. I hadn’t heard of the place before then. When this location opened up(about a year ago), I decided to go a bit more often. I like the food. I usually get a burrito, and I can say that it’s always delicious and big enough to make a meal out of it. It’s in a convenient location which is right near the express way. It’s close to where I live, work, play, and loiter. It’s also open later than many places in the area, so it’s convenient when I need to get a late dinner. I think the food is excellent and unique. Taco Bell is good, but they don’t offer the same ingredients that this place does. Everything I eat here is a symphony of flavors. I think the price is a little high, but it’s still ok. Also, this is an odd restaurant in that they only serve one kind of food. No other«meal» place I can think of sells just one thing, which is similar to an ice cream shop or coffee place or something. You can choose between a taco, burrito, salad, and everything, but they’re all really the same item but prepared differently. This particular location is good, but I think it’s usually crowded, especially during their popular times, and it’s often hard to find a parking spot(which includes the larger lot in the back). It’s also very loud inside(both because of the people and the loud music), so it makes conversation difficult. I think it’s getting harder to find restaurants that actually make it easy to converse. I also notice that Chipotle seems to allow their employees a little more freedom of their professional appearance than other places, and oftentimes I think some of the employees present themselves inappropriately. It won’t stop me from going there, but I think it’s worth mentioning.

I really enjoy this place a lot as far as chains go. It’s one I’ve eaten at many times, and will continue to for a while. The burritos are incredibly large, so much so that they usually seem to have a tough time wrapping them. You get to «Make them yourself» in terms of choosing every single ingredient. What kind of wrap, beans, meat, sauce(mild, med, hot) toppings(Everything from corn, guacamole, lettuce, etc). You can get one in a bowl if you’re watching your carbs as well. The food itself tastes pretty good, I’ve had better locally, but only from sit-down restaurants and 30 minute waits, so for fast-food tacos and burritos, this is the best it gets. Also worth noting is how clean this place is. Most of the time when I walk into any fast food place I’m disgusted at all the food on the tables, floor, etc. This place is usually kept pretty squeaky, so I don’t have a problem eating in.
