Never seem to have enough employees there. Waited about 10 minutes and a young female came up and took orders from others that were still coming in. Not a very pleasant experience and it’s happened several times before. Don’t think I will go back to that location. Other locations seem to be fine, just the one on East ave. Also, the employees seem to be rude and have seen that several times as well.

Six deep in line and only person making subs? I guess I should have gone somewhere else. This certainly would never happen in Henrietta.

Good Subs Good, efficient, service It’s my go-to stop when I am in a hurry, and a below average burger won’t cut it. Feel less bad eating this, than eating at many other fast food places.

Dibella’s subs are great, but this location is absolutely horribly run. For starters, I don’t think anyone here knows how to make a sub. They always cram the toppings on one side of the sub roll so that you either get a mouthful of bread and meat or a mouthful of bread and toppings. It doesn’t matter what time you stop by, they will be out of the bread you want or typical ingredients. The majority of the employees are surly, miserable and rude. They always try and close the place down an hour before it closes and will turn you away well before closing. It’s unfortunate because the other locations I’ve been to are fine, this one just happens to be close to my house and it needs new management and employees.

Seven people waiting in line that is not moving, a long list of telephone orders, on a busy Friday night, and two people are making sandwiches just as slow as you please. I’ll never come here again.

Dibellas is a wonderful thing. Excellent warm and fresh bread each day. I’ve never had a bad sub from dibellas and its a great spot to grab lunch. LOVE their chocolate chip cookies, by the way — you must try one.

The best subs 13 years running. Always a crowd pleaser. Fast efficient service. Plenty of room. No waiting.

Omg that was a mighty sub! We both ordered a medium I got the roast beef the HB got the Dagwood it was very, very good. Choice of toppings and it can also be grilled. The bread is made in house and it’s not hard on your teeth. Even leftovers are super good. The medium was HUGE! I have no clue how LARGE the large is but they do not play. The staff is slightly surly. When we were not sure what we wanted the kid gave us grief. I told him get a clue and busted out“I’m from Chicago and new to town don’t be like that dude” I wanted to say something a little more choice but I refrained. All of can say is this, fresh, excellent choices to try and the potato salad was good too. Prices are reasonable and we are sure to return and or order for a group. They have other locations in the area as well. I was told by a few to «Go to Di Bella’s» I’m glad we did.

Best subs in town! I don’t know how people can rave about the flavorless Jimmy John subs when compared to Dibellas. The bread is always fresh, the special oil dressing is excellent(I think this and the bread are their not-so-secret advantage), and the toppings plentiful. I usually get the Godfather which has a good mix of meats. Only downside is that during the times outside of typical dining hours they can be poorly staffed and the wait can be a bit long.

Delicious subs. Made right in front of you by friendly staff in a retro establishment with high counters. Great atmosphere and the bread is always fresh. If you have a sweet tooth, make sure you grab some cookies! Yum!

I’m such a big fan of Dibella’s! I’m not a huge fan of subs in general, but these are more like giant sandwiches. Really good sandwiches. I always get the whole grain bread. It’s always fresh, full of flavor, and has a really nice texture combination of softness and crunchiness from the grains. For fillings I usually opt for the Italian assorted but really you can’t lose. Lots of veggie filling options(but maybe not the best place for a vegetarian) and I just found the joy of adding oil and oregano. These subs are huge — I can only ever eat half of a small, but that’s ok because it means lunch the next day. The bread is even able to hold and not get too soggy by that time. As good as these subs are, the cookies are even better. Get the chocolate chip with walnuts. You can try to eat half and save the rest for later, but you’ll only fail. Just eat that bad boy now. Then get a second one for later? Also props to the authentic swing and jazz that’s always playing in the background. Pairs well with the vintage booth setup and old posters.

This dibellas is very good. We ordered ahead of time though and the order hadn’t been made yet, hence the four stars. Veggie subs are really good. The bread is phenomenal and unlike any other chains. I also recommend the god father and the meatball with provolone. They also offer everything rolls which is nice.

One day food snobs will call this a chain and turn up their noses in disgust. But guess what… that’s what happens to awesome food — it spreads! The ingredient that makes the difference between a true sub and Subway? The bread. Subway’s bread tastes like it was baked in a subway. And their chocolate chip cookies are delicious. I am pregnant now and craving Dibella’s. Have one for me. P. S. Alas, I just googled and found out they are opening a location in Hartford. God answers prayers, people!

Excellent subs, I almost always go with the cheesesteak, but I haven’t had anything I didn’t like here. The cookies are even better than the subs. It would be nice to have a soda fountain accessible for refills, but great restaurant overall. They have set the bar high, I will judge all future subs against Dibella’s.

I’d go to this DiBella’s more if parking was easier. Hands down one of my favorite spots for lunch. DiBella’s subs are legendary… as a matter of fact, when my son went to school in Cleveland we’d travel out to one of the DiBella’s in the ‘burbs before chomping on a sub from one of the more conveniently located Jimmy Johns or Dave’s Cosmic Subs. What’s amazing to me is the level of consistency that exists between the various locations. Hats off to DiBellas!
