Recently dropped off sweaters and tops for cleaning. I noticed a discrepancy between the number of items charged and the number of items I got back. At first I thought I had been overcharged and called dison’s. The employee said she will leave a note to the manager. Not only did the manager failed to follow up, I later realized I had actually lost a top. It was never returned to me. Overall, not happy. Calling in again tomorrow, I hope I will at least get a response.

Évaluation du lieu : 3 Rochester, MN
We’ve used Dison’s twice since we moved to Rochester. On the first visit, we dropped off a brand new suit(tan color) and they did a very good job with the cleaning. The second visit, we dropped the same tan suit from the prior visit and two more brand new suits(one was black and the other was blue). The blue suit was cleaned professionally. The tan suit was clean. However, it had a small stain on it that Dison’s was unable to remove. Unfortunately, the condition of the black suit was very disappointing. My wife wore the suit once and had never laundered it before. When it was returned, it was wrinkled and looked like it had been washed about 100 times. The purpose of having suits professionally cleaned is to keep them looking new/nice longer. We felt that the black suit would have been better off if I’d cleaned it at home in the delicate cycle. Overall, Dison’s is a good place to bring your work uniforms. However, we wouldn’t bring an item that was extremely valuable or held sentimental value. After seeing her black suit, my wife commented that she would never trust Dison’s to clean something like her Wedding Dress. The price of Dison’s is reasonable and even better if you work for Mayo(they offer a reduced rate for employees of the Hospital). In addition to the discount, they have a repeat customer program. The one employee I’ve seen working is always friendly and helpful. I do wish that they gave numbered, claim checks when you left your laundry. They will give you a handwritten note if you ask for one. However, they don’t check ID’s during pick-up and I feel a little uneasy about the lack of doing one or the other.
