Dorkat Motel

I always try to patronize the locals, the non-​chains whenever possible so I stopped at this Dorkat Motel when I hit Rochester. What a mistake! The place is rundown and terribly maintained. The bolt lock on the door was inoperative the knob just spun but the bolt remained hidden in it’s own little coop and it sounded like a trampoline troupe from America’s Got Talent was staying in the room above me. Sleep was next to impossible. The grate on the bathroom fan fell down in the middle and crashed on the tile floor scaring the crap out of me and I don’t scare to easily. There also seemed to be a number of hourly guests coming and going. They do have Wi-​Fi but it works one minute and then shuts down the next. They should rename it Bates Motel.
Never again!!!
