Dunkin’ Donuts

Extremely hot inside, forgot a smoothie in our order, bathroom was disgusting manager Omar said that it was cleaned an hour ago when it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Very gross. Probably will not be coming back to this location

Horrible service. This is by far the slowest dunkin donuts in history! just waiting in a line that didn’t move for 10 mins and decided to forget the coffee. Workers are unmotivated and lazy.

The slowest drive through window in the world… I just waiting 15 min with only 1 car in front of me… It’s like this just about every time.

This location is… Inconsistent. Some of the employees are great and some are the worst. I’ve had «meh» service from miserable workers too engrossed in chatting to be present in their work, and I’ve had great service from cheerful employees who paste a smile on regardless of what’s happening around them. I can’t say I blame the miserable workers… Many of my fellow patrons are rude, unclear with their orders, etc. Especially at the drive through! I don’t know what it is about this location, but people are SO rude when they drive through, here! They block the entrance rather than go around the building to get in line properly, they shove in the line when they KNOW you were there first. They just don’t care! One guy tried to cut me off, then tried to pay for my coffee to make me feel bad for not letting him in… So unnecessary!!!
There is one guy, Christopher, that’s literally always there. I don’t think he ever goes home. But he’s also the nicest, most cheerful worker. Never gets my order wrong, never stops smiling. Truly exceptional.

The rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Very poor service. Gave us all the wrong things and forgot part of the order. Staff acted as if poor service was no big deal and our doughnuts were stale. The staff was very unfriendly and used foul language. Rap music played loudly in the background. Very unprofessional. I have had nothing but problems every time I have been to this location. The place is filthy garbage all over the place and the bugs!!! The solicitors and panhandlers make for a very unwelcoming atmosphere. I will never go back to this location.

Gotta say, this place is the slowest Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been too. I used to try to stop by on my way to the bus stop, but after having to miss the bus enough times, I gave up. Seriously, they must be doing good business though, because they have lines ALL hours of the day.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to I eve wrote corporate and nothing was done they are all drug addicts and put spoiled milk in my iced coffee come on it was clearly chunky milk one time I was even handed a iced coffee that was actually iced tea and cream they must have been coming down from the Heroin the manager doesn’t care either so rude to me

Coffee is always fresh and done perfectly. No problems with donuts.
Love the remodel they’ve done inside but we usually use the drive through.

Not a huge Dunkin Donuts fan (their donuts give me agita), but this one is a gem. It’s one of the oldest Dunkin’s in town and really rocks the old school vibe. Quite colorful clientele here as well. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a hassle, just so’s you know. Haven’t encountered burnt coffee or surly employees (as noted by one reviewer)… just appreciate the certain «je né sais quois» of this very vibey downtown Dunkin and appreciate it for what it is.

Always good coffee… BUT, if you want fresh decaf it’s hit and miss.
Drive thru service is usually fast, even on a weekend night when all the drunks are letting out of the bars.

Repeatedly skipped over me as a walk in to help the drive thru until they remember I’m standing there. Happened twice… out of 2 times. Go drive through if anything.

This DD is not at all like the others in town. Their coffee is never good, always burned, and never really made properly. I’ve never had a worse latte in my life.
The employees are clearly abused because they have no enthusiasm what-​so-​ever. They don’t even tell you your total until you pull to the window.
Not impressed, I’d rather make my own coffee or go to Tim Hortons.
