Took us over 20 minute to get our food, and there were 7 associates just standing around talking and joking. And then 1 girl shouted «I need to blow my nose!» And then proceeded to do it right there in the middle of making orders. Worst Dunkins ever!

I go to this D&D more out of a hostage situation how close it is to my house. I gave them three stars because it is hit or miss. I have had bad experiences here but I have also had good ones. It depends on the employee that you get really. Dunks coffee is the same everywhere however the service is what varies and here its a roulette game! The problem is at this end of Rochester you don’t have many choices!

This Dunkin Donuts does not honor it’s promotional ads. They say they give you a slip for a free donut of you buy a cup of medium coffee and then tell you they already rang you up so you have to buy another medium cup of coffee to get the donut. That a scam. Don’t go to this place.
