Every. Single. Time. I come here, my order is incorrect. It shouldn’t be that difficult to make a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Yet somehow, every time, it is wrong. Not only that, but the staff is beyond rude, and the wait times are ridiculous (even when there is no line). You are better off driving down to Tim Hortons (or literally ANY OTHER Dunkin Donuts) if you’re hungry. It may be a little further down, but the wait time will still probably be shorter, and at least your order will be right!

I stopped in to get a medium iced coffee and a plain old fashioned donut. I left with an iced coffee and depression in the form of a donut.
The donut was crunchy. Yes, crunchy. And tasted like fryer oil and sadness. Tasted like they forgot to add sugar, too. I wanted a donut and I got a ring of crunchy sadness. This is not how anyone should start their day.
I won’t be revisiting this location anytime soon. I went to Wegmans and got a replacement donut instead.

Monkey Donuts would be more interesting because they’d all taste of Banana. I bet Banana Donuts would be awesome.
I was here maybe a month ago. I got my usual small hot chocolate. The hot chocolate (as always) is delicious but what sets this location apart is the really nice service.
This Dunkin is tiny, but it has good wifi and friendly employees that let me use it, and the usual delicious hot chocolate. I appreciate their help in getting online, and so I’m giving it a nice solid 3 star rating. It’s right near As Evi Turkish Cuisine, which you must try.
