They have a variety of different Puerto Rican desserts. I was craving a quesito and stopped in for one. It was $ 1.25 for a huge one. Much to my disappointment it was mostly flakey and crusty with barely any cheese. I had a better experience last time I was here.

Ah, what delight! To find a spanish sweets place. I am so happy. I got a sampler of sweets to try. Pastelitod de guayaba, pasteles de queso y guayaba(timba), coquitos. All delicious. The chef baker came out with pastelitos de chorizo. He gave me one to try. Oh! Out of this world. They should make chorizo and carne. The menu list includes sandwiches. That would be my next stop. They opened within last month. I learned from them during the Open House of Casa Hispana. Great addition to this city.
