They doesn’t seem to care about the fact that there are actual human beings living in their properties with busy lives and feelings and jobs and relationships. They’re in the business of getting people in the door as quickly as possible and that’s about it.
We had a carbon monoxide leak my first winter here (not their fault obviously) and the Executive Properties team was very casual and cavalier about the whole thing. I guess the fear of dead tenants isn’t something they concern themselves with. Now that we’re moving out a few years later, they want us out the door before the end of our lease terms.
They’re out to make a buck and don’t really care about how their business affects you and your family.

I was a 1^st time landlord renting on the open market. The service provided by Executive was professional and of high quality. They screened all the potential tennents and gathered appropriate information so we could make an informed decision. The cost was reasonable as well. I could not have been happerier with the service and the end result.
