Fix My PC Computer & Electronic Service Center

I took my Ipad 3 to a competitor in Pittsford because the volume button wasn’t working. They not only did not fix my issue but made it worse. At this point all I had was a large paper weight. On a whim I took my Ipad to Fix My PC and it may of taken a little longer than I expected but they fixed my Ipad 3 like new. Highly recommend.

Well after calling and explaining why I was having problems with my hdmi port on my xbox, the gentlemen tried telling me that it is like a USB port being broken on a computer. «If the USB port doesn’t work. The computer itself doesn’t work» this obviously is completely false. After saying to him «well I know a computer will work wit a broken USB port» he responded «well you obviously have no certification or credibility to make that judgement.» This is the type of business they run when they apparently get caught in a lie. We took a playstation 3 here before and they charged money, we paid and they never actually fixed the problem and guessing by the looks of the crummy outside and inside of the store, their work AND SERVICE isn’t any better. extremely rude male technician who cannot be asked questions and obviously tries to lie to the customers. My guess and by my previous experience they rip people off and don’t fix the issues and if you ask a question they give you a snotty response. I wish I could give 0 stars because with my 2 experiences with this business it has been nothing but absolutely terrible. Do not deal with this company. Based on my 2 horribly negative experiences. The review on here before mine isn’t muxh different than mine
CONTINUED: well after messing with my xbox and tv settings I got my hdmi to work. It is sad that someone who «has so much certification and experience», after calling me out for pretty much being an idiot, that they can be so blatantly wrong. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL NOT TROUBLESHOOT OR ASK QUESTIONS TO HELP YOU FIX IT. ALL THEY WANT IS TO GIVE YOU BOGUS ADVICE AND TO GET YOUR MONEY. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A BUSINESS RESPOND POSITIVELY TO THIS

The data saving cost twice than Genius Bar and the technician may yell at you if you don’t do what he want. He say if I can’t pay more he won’t put my laptop together the way I sent to the store, while I already paid $ 30 down!!! And never reply on time. Though the lady there is very sweet, kind and nice, but I would never use their survive anymore. Expensive and not worth it.
