Very disappointed with our experience here. Poor customer service. It took forever because we were ignored for a long time, then the person who was supposed to be helping us was talking to her co-​workers about local restaurants for a long time. When she finally helped us she didn’t seem to know what she was doing, or care for that matter. I had the transaction all set up in advance because our insurance was already notified and the Dr. faxed the script over. At the very end she had me fill out a form that could have been filled out in the beginning and saved time. Instead I was late for work. WILL NOT be back and I do not recommend.

So I have been running all over town to find a GOOD pair of non-​slip work shoes. I am a cook by trade, so every penny spent is worth it to me. I have been trying lots of different options in different price ranges lately to solve my knee and back issues. After 2 exhausting days of running all over the place to every store possible, I finally came here. They hooked it up right in less than half an hour. They measured my feet, took imprints, watched my gait and gave me the perfect shoe and insole to meet my needs. Most shoe stores do not have staff knowledgeable about their often mediocre at best products, or the needs of different people who work on their feet. Brian knew exactly what would work best for me, they have a great selection of quality wide and extra wide shoes. and he fitted me with the perfect insole. Immediately I felt the difference by just standing and walking around the store. It has been hard finding the right way to accommodate my very high arches, extra wide feet and the needs of a comfortable and durable. The initial price was much more than what I’m used to spending on a work shoe, but Keen is a quality shoe, this is the best non-​slip sole out there, and the insert is worth it. I can put it in any shoe and now I know exactly what I need. Any future reorders of the same shoe gets a 15% discount. Just having someone take the time to sell me what works best for ME, was worth the extra expense. They also have all my info on file so it will be simple to get shoes that are right for me in the future, or to special order whatever I would like. No more crushed toes, inside knee pain or sore back for me. I will update this review after a few weeks when the product has been more thoroughly tested. Thanks Brian!

Before shopping at Foot Performance Center, I was skeptical. After a previous attempt to get shoes for my poor feet at a local competitor (who shall remain nameless), I was convinced that finding shoes that fit properly and did not look like hospital shoes was an impossible task. How wrong I was! Not only did I find shoes that fit my feet, I found the price to be completely in line with several on-​line retailers AND if I return to get another pair I’m eligible for a serious discount. Wow! I’m walking comfortably now!

Great customer service! Super knowledgeable sales person. So happy to find this place (referred by my orthopedist for an insert for my a Morton’s neuroma).
