Glidden Exteriors

I had Glidden Exteriors do a tear-​down of two previous shingle installs and they also replaced a portion of the entry porch overhang due to water damage. They did what I expected but cleanup was very poor and we were finding roofing nails on the ground and on the driveway for months afterwards. I also had to pickup chunks of broken removed shingles from the grass and shrubbery for days. One area of extreme displeasure was they removed my gutter guards during the install and rather than put them back after the install, the brother of the owner put them in his truck, not the debris dumpster, and took them. I purchased new gutter guards (foam wedges) and tried to replace them myself but being 66 years old, I was unable to reach a couple of gutter areas. I called the owner of this company and he promised he would be out to do this simple and quick job. I ended up calling him 5 times and each time he told me he was going to show up but never did. I ended up borrowing a much taller extension ladder than what I have and was able to reach the spots. I ended up going to my doctor because I injured my ribs handling the ladder. Remember I’m 66 years old. Just a bad experience.
