Greater Rochester Orthopaedics

I have been a patient at GRO since 1993 for various ortho issues. During this time I have been seen by 6 or more docs so I have a pretty good idea of how this office is run and the different services available. Wrist, elbow, back, knee –different issue, different doc. The doctors here are top notch! Everyone at this practice is above and beyond excellent! They have a system that works, no confusion, excellent care and knowledge and an all around good experience. They return calls in a timely manner, future appointments are made in the privacy of the exam room. Everyone does their best to be sure all questions and concerns are addressed. The expertise, personality and comfort level in this office is a rare gem. I highly recommend GRO for Orthopeadics!

Outside of their confusing front end (you can’t make an appointment there), this is a fairly well run orthopedic practice. Still, it IS disconcerting when I can’t speak to someone at the front desk about scheduling a visit.
