Doctor Bobrow was Awesome, but the office staff were TERRIBLE! The wait was over an hour, patients were sleeping in the waiting room. Staff were cold, rude, and at end wouldn’t even let me leave to get my flex benefits card: If I didn’t pay right then and there it would be an extra $ 10.00 and it had to be taken care of right then. I will NEVER take my grandson to another appointment there.
