Not happy! Won’t stop calling me. Cancelled customer & will never use your service again. Stop calling!!!

Good service combined with the know how and friendliness. You cant ask for much more.

Called to ask for a quote to have some work done and was told someone would be out in 2 – 3 days and would call me to discuss. Over a week later, no call so I called back and left a message. Another week went by and no call back. So I called again and left another message. Still no call back weeks later. Finally gave up trying to give them my business.

With the storms that passed through this summer, I’m seeing a lot of trees down, so I know this is the busy season for tree service. Patrick and his crew at Greentrees really went out their way to take down and clean up a Scotch pine we lost. I appreciate the amazing response and professionalism.

I noticed, standing in my yard on a SUNDAY afternoon, that our Magnolia had some kind of infestation. I got on Unilocal,found this arborist, called them and left a voicemail. First thing MONDAY MORNING, someone returned my call. WOW. What other companies are this responsive?!
The office manager took my information and Patrick called me back just a little while later and offered to come by and look at my trees THAT EVENING! Double WOW.
Patrick is obviously knowledgeable and personable, easy to talk to, doesn’t sell you or make you uncomfortable in any way; straightforward but easy going.
The price seemed very reasonable/​fair. (We didnt get a second quote — why dork around for another couple weeks trying to get someone else to return my calls and come out? Besides, we really liked Patrick and also, we’ve had enough other tree/​yard work done over the years to know that they were in the ballpark.)
Our magnolia was treated twice over the following week or two and already i can tell it is getting better. We also had two old apple trees taken down, and like the other reviewer said, the clean up was excellent! You wouldnt know anything was done except that the trees had disappeared. :-)
We were VERY pleased with Greentrees and plan to recommend them to our neighbors and definitely use them again!

Patrick is the salesperson — he is a degreed forester. It showed. He diagnosed some things about our trees that another tree service did not. Confirmed online via MSU, etc., so I know he wasn’t blowing smoke.
Hired them to remove a tree, grind a stump, and prune some trees. A crew of three came out and did all of that plus made sure the yard was clean of any debris once they were done. In fact, the yard was probably in better shape when they left than when they arrived. They were on time (if not early) and clearly communicated what they were going to do. They also checked in with me upon completion to ensure I was satisfied.
It cost a lot of money, but I was pleased with their work. I don’t know how their prices compare to others.
My only small regret relates to my primary reason for pruning the trees… which was to make sure they are less likely to fall over and hit my house. One of the members of the crew told me as he was finishing up that «90% of pruning is for aesthetics and only 10% is for the health of the tree».
