Henry’s Convenient Market

Bring cash
The subs are good, mainly because of the bread. But then again, if it wasn’t for the bread, it would be a salad.
The beer selection is about the same as any convenience store around, but they have Sam Adams and that keeps me happy
Not thrilled about the cash only. To me, it makes the difference between going there and going to 7 – 11, since I don’t always have cash.
If I have cash, I’d rather go to Henry’s.

So, this is a pretty convenient market. Now that Wegmans isn’t two steps away from me. Henry’s is my go-​to for random things like bacon, cleaning materials, dozens of lottery tickets, perhaps? (They advertise they’ve had many winners at their shop — good vibes!) Most often, I run over for their fantastic subs. Who would have thought this place would have great subs. Well, they do. I got the tip from a friend who lives in the neighborhood. It’s possible this is the place I’ve frequented most when in need of some grub since making my way to my new digs. It’s standard stuff — lettuce, tomato, mayo, provolone, and turkey — but that soft, fluffy bread knocks it out of the park.
Henry’s will now serve as my new late night vending machine.

This is a great mom + pop type convenient store. The owners are friendly and helpful and seem to know all their customers by their first name. The store is stocked with just about everything you might need in a hurry. Finally the food there is great;its a great place to grab lunch. There is also lotto and ATM service.
