Went to IHOP Friday evening and was told to pick a seat anywhere. Picked a seat and the waitress promptly took our drink orders. Ordered the eggs Benedict and found out the eggs were hard boiled. The ham was ultra thick– I felt like it was too thick. Was not happy. Will never order the eggs Benedict again! Service was good except at the end when we were ready to leave and the waitress disappeared. She brought our change and it was either leave a $ 7 tip on a $ 77 bill or a $ 20 tip. We tracked down another waitress and asked for change for the 20 and left a $ 15 tip. Not impressed and not sure if I will try again.

We came her on a very busy Saturday morning. We got right in, seated and orders taken within a couple minutes. We waited over 40 minutes to get our food and when we finally got it, it was cold. Our waitress who was less than friendly, didn’t check on us until it was time to give us our check. When dealing with the public at least put a smile on your face. She didn’t seem like she liked her job and seemed annoyed when she was taking people’s orders. We will not be back

Hair, hair, then some more hair. On first impression the interior looked clean we got seated right away only to find it probably would have been better not to have been seated at all. Waitress was unkempt and quite honestly sloppy. Took our drink orders my friend order OJ and I ordered the hot chocolate special only to find out special meant it came with black pubes, waitress was quick to take it back and get me a OJ which she charged us for. Upon further inspection there was more black hair found on the table. Paid the six bucks for 2 OJs and left without anymore hair infiltrating our systems, good riddance.

Came here this morning for breakfast. My boyfriend enjoyed his cinna swirl French toast, but he noted that it was very rich and didn’t finish(which never happens!). My breakfast sampler was simply okay. The restaurant was quite busy, but our service was good. The main reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 4 was how dirty the restaurant was. The table next to us(along with many others) needed to be bussed. For the entire hour we were there, that table remained absolutely filthy. Beyond the numerous tables that needed to be bussed, our sugars on the table were wet– to the point they weren’t usable. And the salt top was clogged, so the salt wasn’t usable. Perhaps the worst part of this dining experience, was the horrendous smell of wet dog– a smell that persisted our entire meal.

Waitress Ashley made our experience nice and enjoyable, brought us everything we needed in a prompt manner. Management always comes to check on our tables to make sure everything is alright. Loved it

I’ve been three time since the opening… They need some good hard workers! Took over 45 minutes for pancakes, omelette, sunny side up eggs with hash browns and chicken and waffles. People all around us were leaving as they had been there for a longer amount of time and they still had yet to receive their food.

We went for breakfast the day after the grand opening. The restaurant was empty and management was hovering over everything. We could clearly see servers were nervous and on their toes.(Not a very relaxing atmosphere) food was typical IHOP. If you are a local out for Saturday or Sunday breakfastand with a large party and don’t want to wait long in lines this is the place. But if you want fresh local fare that is typically more food for a little less money but with a small wait, I would still patronize the local guys. We went back for dinner this Friday two other couples were seated and the restaurant was empty. again? It was however, around 4:30. My wife had burger and fries I just had the app sampler. agin, this is IHOP and it was dinner… Our food was served on over sized plates that made the portions look meager and small. they weren’t that large to begin with. Staff was friendly and great on both visits. No complaints about the quality of our meals. My recommendation is good for late or all day breakfast. Too bad they aren’t open way later as the area needs a late night dinner.

Tried this I HOP for breakfast on Fathers’ Day. It was very busy but service was still fast and friendly. Bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast were very good. There was no jam, jelly or butter available for the toast. Price for the breakfast was good. Coffee, however, was $ 2.59 a cup — absolute highway robbery. The price of the coffee will keep me from returning despite everything else being very good. The cost to make a cup of coffee is minimal — just pennies. When a restaurant charges this much they are clearly ripping you off.

The service still needs a little work, but it’s actually because the servers are a bit overeager. And honestly, that’s not a huge problem, because I’d rather have that than a server who can’t be bothered. The first time we went, my mother received something she didn’t order, but she liked it anyway so she didn’t say anything. Both times we’ve been so far, the food has been delicious and the environment is nice. It’s a new location with mostly young servers from what I’ve seen so far, so you need to have a little patience, but once they work out the kinks this will be one of my favorite places for breakfast!
