Imperial Wok

My 2^nd order from Imperial Wok was very similar to the first. I was sick and couldn’t cook or leave the house for food, so their extremely easy online ordering/​delivery really saved the night. Amazing delivery and average food.
The order:
Wonton Soup — 2.5÷5. It was orange… so a little different from what I’m used to. The wontons were good and the hot soup really hit the spot.
Chicken & Broccoli — 3.5÷5. Great fresh florets of broccoli. The chicken was a little chewy (probably a cheap cut of meat), but overall a good dish. Combined with white rice, the dish sat well on on upset stomach.
Chicken Wings — ⁴⁄₅ I added them to the order to get it up to $ 15 for delivery and ate them 2 days later. They warmed up really well.

Terrible food. Atmosphere was awful. Never ever again. The price says it all. Doesn’t even deserve the one star this app made me give it.

It was terrible! Food bland, tso’s chicken, spare ribs taste the same. Just sweet! Fried rice just tasted old. And the cook was the cashier, and I was NOT happy to see him handle the cash register to go back in the kitchen without washing his hands, and handle food! Thank goodness he cooked it NEVER again.

I really like that the food comes in plastic containers. We are staying at a motel nearby. They were quick. Food was hot and very good.

I hate to give bad reviews but we ordered four different things and everything was extremely bland. First time I have ever had to add salt to wont-​ton soup, as the broth was tasteless. I appreciate their prices and that they deliver, but the food was quite disappointing.

Yes, I know it is a small store front in a strip mall, and it has nothing going for it in terms of atmosphere. But for Chinese takeout food, it has excellent ingredients and lots of cooking skill and experience. Never disappoints, and your food is available to take home — hot and fresh — quickly.
