I am amazed at the lack of professionalism by this firm. I spoke to TJ several times personally and also sent him emails with a lot of data about our units and at the last minute he completely stopped communicating. He was supposed to view our units and then we were going to transition at least three properties with him and he never called nor wrote back.
We ended up going to a more professional outfit called Skeleton Key Property Management and the experience has been fantastic.
integrity really failed to live up to its name…

I purchased a two family from Tj Harrington 4 years ago. I live in the Boston area. Integrity Property Management is the worse run business I’ve ever experienced. Keep in mind I own over 150 rental units around the country. TJ can keep neither good help nor tenants. Just about every month he gauges on repairs. God forbid you ask him to explain. I finally moved to another, excellent, honest property manager. TJ Harrington is a fraud. He’s the definition of a «Holy Roller». Run the other way.
